Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

As part of regular maintenance, they pumped out my septic tank. The one thing that I did not like about this company was that they will not give you an estimate over the phone as to how much it would cost. When the guy arrived, he saw the work that needed to be done and gave the estimate at that time. The problem with that is that he had already removed the lid to the tank. Although I feel that the price was fair, I am afraid that a less honest worker might try to up the price. The work was done promptly, and as far as I can tell it was done well.

The man that came out kept trying to sell me with the camera that they put down the drain to check things out. This would have cost $500 to do that work. I had more blockage a few weeks later and called another company that was less expensive. I found out the drainage problem was due to the city, not me.

Because of his suggestion, I was able to have the city come out and look at the blockage. Since it did extend as far as they said, the city paid for the work. I was very happy that they pointed this out to me, as I would have never known. I would use them again for more work in the future.

He was on time and provided a committed estimate. The repair was quick, and he cleaned up everything. He wore booties through our house. Explained the whole process to us.

They did a good job on the work, but it was way to pricey!

Roto Rooter Plumbing and Drain did what 3 other plumbing companies could not do. This time the main plumber was a young woman and she really knew her stuff. Another company had said they could open the clog for $18000, but this company did it for much less. This was just a fantastic company for us.

The tub had completely stopped running and they were there within a couple hours of my call. They got right down to business and the clog was gone in minutes. They cleaned up the bathroom well and I will call them again if the need arises.

THE BATH TUB WOULD NOT STOP DRIPPING, SO HE HAD TO TAKE OUT 6 TILES TO REPLACE THE PIPING IN THE WALL. NOW, I HAVE TO CALL A TILE PERSON TO COME OUT. AS SOON AS THEY REPLACED THE TILES, THE MAN FROM ROTO-ROOTER IS GOING TO COME BACK AND REPLACE THE HARDWARE. I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN!!

They came out when they said that they would and were professional and prompt. They seemed to be a well run and reliable company to deal with.

Rapid Rooter was a little pricey but I think that was because It was an emergency and they came right away for me. They were here in less than three hours. That's quick service.

Responded within 2 hours only took 1/2 hour to complete job.

For the work they did, they did a good job. There was a lot more work involved in this job but they were not contracted to do the other work.

I called them to check out my clogged sink and bathtub. They came out promptly and gave me a free estimate. I wanted $245.00 to snake the roof pipe to start. Then wanted extra to do the actual fixtures. I asked about installing a new garbage disposal. They went to the truck and checked their price book which had the job as starting at 250.00! They are like car dealer repair shops. All by a book that has outrageous prices. I am going to check out the plumbers on Angies List!

I called the company and the service rep was very pleasant. I told her I had a clogged shower drain and she said someone could be at my home in 2 hours. It wasnt an emergency, so I made an appt for 2 days later. My appt time was between 2:30pm - 4:30pm and the plumber would call 30 mins prior to coming over. On my appt day, Auell called and he was here before 4pm. He was very nice and personable. He fixed my drain in about 20 mins. He then asked if I had any problems with other drains and, with my permission, checked a few drains in sinks, tubs and toilets. He noticed that a tub drain was very slow and I told him that I would have to get that done later. He even noticed that 1 of my toilet seats was a little loose and tightened it for me! He also gave me suggestions on how to keep my drains draining properly. I loved the overall service--from the rep on the phone to the nice and efficient plumber. I will definitely call them again and request Auell.

Outstanding. Reliable, reasonable and stands behind their work. They work from Palm Beach County to South Dade.

The company responded quickly and fixed the problem in approximately one hour. Their charges are very high for the service.

Since I had to reschedule because the plumber could not commit to the previous agreed time, my appointment should have been the first appointment for that day, not a repeat of last week episode.

They were running late so I rescheduled for another day. Once they got here the work was done quickly.

The worst I have ever had in Miami, FL. I have been a homeowner for 27 years and I have never experienced anything as bad as this. The phone people are responsive. They also do not tell the truth. For an entire Saturday I got the verbal run around. For 12-hours it was one lame excuse and problem after another. Plumber finally showed up at 10:00 P.M. I was told that they charge by the job and that Saturday rates are the same as weekdays, that they are fair and competitive. $208. for 10 minutes of work. I will never hesitate to pay my regular excellent plumber time and a half again. I was regretfully penny-wise and pound foolish. Live and learn.

Jose was on time, polite, and knew his stuff. My experience with the office staff was very positive, they were informative and were able to offer same day service.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY FINISHED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER FOR ME. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A WARRANTY ON THE WORK. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MY TOILET SINCE THEY LEFT.

CALLED ROTO ROOTER THE DAY MY SEPTIC TANK BROKE. THEY CAME OUT THE VERY SAME DAY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THERE WAS VERY LITTLE NOISE AND WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY WERE HERE.
