Roto Rooter fixed the leaking pipe. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He knows exactly what the problem was and recommended re-piping the whole house with Pex pipe because the pipes were starting to leak everywhere - caused by chemicals used for treating the city water which causes leaks on the copper pipes. I am currently working with my home insurance to get the whole house re-pipe but will use Roto Rooter to get the job done.

Jimmy (biz card also says Demetrios Stavrianopolous on it, not sure if he's the same person) showed up promptly and used a snake with a root cutter, as well as a camera to ensure the roots were cleared. He was professional and polite. I have had this done before, but other providers didn't use a camera or a legit root cutter, and in some cases the snake didn't appear very powerful, so the problems returned more quickly than expected. This was a thorough job, as he showed me various stages of the work on the camera. It was more expensive than other providers I have used in the past, but you get what you pay for in this case. I know this problem will return in 12-18 months (the permanent fix is like $3,000), and roto-rooter is who I will call when it happens.

It went great, he snaked the line with a root cutter and showed me a video of the blockage.

They're my regular plumbing company, any time there's a problem. I would give them all A's.

It went mostly great! Felix and helper did an excellent job. Couldn't have been better. They closed the ditch and flattened the land perfectly too and fixed the sprinkler lines they had to cut through! The only complaints I have are minor and could be possibly due to the fact that we were still in season and everyone is very busy: They did not keep me well informed as to when the city inspector was going to need access. I don't like to leave my gate unlocked, especially with an open ditch. I had to get the schedule by contacting the city myself. Also, they promised me two jugs of grease and buildup preventer which they never supplied. Lastly, the office was a bit difficult about applying a $100 coupon that Roto Rooter sent me to be used for this very work! The office relayed to me that I should have told them before. Really? It's not as if we negotiated the price for the job with them because we didn't. They finally applied the coupon. In spite of this, I still give them an "A" rating because the overall experience was a good one.

Ronny Rivera arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. He cleared my drain. Water now flows out without any back-up.

First of all, he very clearly explained what needed to be done and what the cost and work options would be. The drain was very clogged and he had to go on the roof to snake it, in addition to having snaked from the sink area. I have done a fair amount of home improvement plumbing over the years (and my son is a licensed general contractor). I can say for sure that he worked fast and thoroughly. He was courteous and polite. He cleaned up after the job very nicely. He double checked for leaks (there were none). If I have more plumbing problems, he is the person I intend to call. He gets an A+++++++ on specifics and all-around!

They came out 4 times to clean the same drain, never honoring their 30 guarantee, charging each time. Price was excessive, administrative response was pathetic, service was useless. I would never recommend the Miami Rotor Rooter franchise to anyone for any reason. We talked for 2 months. They said we don't give guarantees even though it clearly stated that on the receipt.

I thought it was quite expensive for what they were doing. The interactions were good. They got the job done, so that was good.

It was sort of an emergency situation. For an emergency we've used them more than once.

The company secretary was wonderful, she was very helpful. So was the guy who came out to see the problem. Even the guy who brought the pump truck was great. They unclogged the line, pressure cleaned the tank and filters, and tested the drain field. However, I still cannot justify why we were charged so much money. They claim it is because they do not cut corners and do what is truely needed. Oh and that they get charged $800.00 dollars everytime they dump the trucks. My advise, just shop around first.

Aric Gainer #4304 was so professional! He came in very courteous and respectful and told me not to worry that he was going to take care of my plumbing issue. Such a comforting feeling to know someone actually wants to help! And help he did, he did take care of my problem, went over some products that would help our plumbing system get cleaned. I wish I dealt with more people like Aric more often. Thank you Rotor Rooter for sending him!

we were very happy with the service provided by our tech Aric. he provided speedy service with a smile to clear our clog. the fee was a little pricey but they do not charge an extra fee for weekends and they give a 6 month warranty. :)
