+ -1 moreJoe Stafford was very punctual and knowledgeable. He came by examined my roof and took measurements. He then gave me the quote. He was able to show me my problem spots on my roof. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I have been the one to pressure clean my roof so I was very aware of where my problem spots were. I was very happy with his work
Description of Work: My Bermuda roof needed to be pressure cleaned, patched in some spots and coated with Acrylic-Tech Elastomeric.

+ -1 moreSmooth transaction. You would hardly know he was around until he begins work. During the period of time he was at the house, no disruption at all and NO JUNK OR DEBRIS for me to clean up afterward. I really appreciate that.
Description of Work: Roof had leaks in two areas. Leaks were sealed, to date no problem, had some good Florida downpours to test. Joe explained the two problems and what he intended to do to repair the leaks. Arrived when promised and performed service promptly. Left invoice when requested but did not arrive at the expected time to get the check. Must have been some miscommunication. Otherwise this person is friendly and cooperative and gives you the impression he wants your business. This is unusual for South Florida. Payment was finally rendered and all is well that ends well.

Description of Work: Provider coated my roof and gave me a formal-looking five year warranty. When I developed several leaks ,I called mr. Stafford. He came to my home with a ROOFER ! They suggested a roofing repair and Mr Stafford refused my suggestion that living up to his warranty might be the answer.When I asked whether either was insured and licensed,I got a definite no. The following day,I received a call from Joseph Stafford informing me that my leaks were not in his realm of expertise-never heard from him again and a QUALIFIED ROOFER has ,amazingly, water -proofed my roof and the leaks are gone!

+ -1 moreI discovered a leak in a "valley" which was noticed on my patio each time it rained. I called Joe and he was there within two days. We both went onto the roof, where he showed me very small hairline cracks thru the coating. Next day he was there to clean and seal the cracks. This being the rainy season it was imperative i get the leak fixed ASAP. After not speaking to him for a number of years, i was concerned that maybe he wasn't even in business anymore, but not so, He remembered me,,my house, and various other friends jobs he has done over the years.
Description of Work: My house was built in 1979 and has the original roof on it. When i bought in 2002 it had some leaking issues. I contracted with Joe Stafford, the owner of Rise and Shine, to apply his elastomeric coating. I cannot express here what a pleasure it is working with Joe. He is efficient, knowledgable, on time and available whenever needed. He stands behind his work and offers guarantee's to back it up. He has done quite a few jobs in this area for both friends and family, and i don't know of any of them that are not satisfied and would gladly recommend him.
