It was AMAZING! They got all the nastiness out from my grout and I couldn't be happier

I started with her about a year ago and she was excellent. Then she had family issues, she was gone for 6 weeks. I waited for her. She sent someone that I was not happy with, I just said, "you know what? I am going to just wait until she comes back". She came back and then from July to December, she did not show up 5 times. So, I found her to be unreliable. Once she got here, her work was terrific. Getting her here was the problem. So, I found someone else who is totally reliable. I just want someone to come everything 3 weeks. When she stopped coming here, she knew I had broken my ankle. I was unable to walk and I was in a wheel chair, but she just stood me up. It really upset me because I was really kind and very generous with her. But, I had a feeling that perhaps this wasn't a big enough job for her. She has a couple of big jobs, so I think that she was maybe phasing out her smaller jobs because mine is just a townhouse. But the lack of communication, the lack of response to texts and phone calls... this is my own business that I run. This is no way to run a business. Communication is the ticket to success. I saw her last in November of '16, then she never showed up in December and never responded to my texts or phone calls. When she gets here, she does a great job. She's in and out in an hour and a half and she brings another girl with her, but the lack of consistency, I find very distasteful. Her price is fair.

They were very professional. The 2 girls worked together in sinq. They weren't messing around. They got here and did what they needed to do. I will use them again and recommend their service.

Never saw the housekeeper, nor did I get my money back. I will not recomend you services to anyone. All I got from you was a lose of my $200.0. I will not be using you services. It was a total fraud.

The special Angie’s List had for Darva at Rainbow Cleaning had expired when I called, and customer service said to call her directly. At first, Darva said I was too far away, but then she called back and said she decided that she would come to my apartment and we set up a date and time. On the day she was supposed to be here, she waited until two hours before she was supposed to be here to call me, and claimed she couldn’t come because of an “emergency,” but would call me later to reschedule. Of course, she never did call back. Since due to an accident I cannot do any deep cleaning, and since I expect out-of-town company this weekend, and since it’s difficult to find a cleaning service at this late date, Darva has caused me more aggravation than any company I have dealt with since I moved to Florida many years ago. It’s most upsetting that she didn’t realize sooner that the trip would be too long for her instead of waiting until zero hour to cancel.

The cleaning was good. They were prompt and they did a good job. The cleaners were courteous and did a thorough job cleaning.

I wish I could have Dalva come weekly!

Wonderful experience with the ladies. Highly recommended for any job big or small. They manage to be efficient and completely thorough giving the house a top-to-bottom cleaning making everything sparkle and shine like new every time the come.

When I first contacted Rainbow Cleaning Svc on June 15,2016 I gave them three dates that I was free for them to come to my home - June 21st, 22nd, and 28th. I did not hear from them until June 22nd at 4:47pm when they called to say that they would not be able to come. I had them look at the other dates I had sent and they emailed me back to say that their next opening was July 1, 2016 at noon. I emailed them on June 24th and said that was perfect. I took the day off and changed my schedule so that I could be there when they arrived. I waited for them at noon but they never showed up. Later in the day, I looked at my email and saw that they had sent an email at 5:00pm the day before to cancel. It said that they would be closed July 1st-4th because of the holiday. Looks like they decided to take an extra day off since they had told me that they would be working on July 1st. It was very unprofessional of them to cancel by email the day before. That was the only communication that we had.

Rainbow Cleaning Service did an excellent job cleaning our home while our regular housekeeper was away. The staff were hard working and left our home sparkling clean. We were especially impressed by how clean they got our oven. The special offer was an incredible value. We have already asked them to come back.

I would say it went very well, they worked fast and very professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

it went very well 2 people came and worked non-stop for 5 hours the house hadn't been cleaned for many months, due to the homeowner's illness the dust bunnies didn't scare them off!

She is a really caring &trustworthy person. I have been using her service for about 5 years & I find her to be a very happy & accommodating person. I would not hesitate at all to recommend her services.

We are thrilled with the work performed. They worked with my schedule and were extremely flexible to accomodate my multiple service date change requests. Extremely responsible and polite. Both ladies were wonderfully pleasant and friendly and did an amazing job making our home sparkle and shine. We will definately be using them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a responsible, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and through cleaning team.

It did not go due to the lack of communication

Dalva arrived on time and performed a complete and through cleaning of my condominium. She even cleaned the inside of my refrigerator and my glass sliding doors. She is the first cleaning service to volunteer to clean the glass doors! Dalva did an excellent job cleaning my condominium. She is very professional and yet very friendly. She made sure I was happy with her work before she left. I highly recommend her and hope to use her on a regular basis.

Dalva was a very hard worker and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. She was professional, personable, meticulous, and I would hire her again without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about her and her work. I'm very pleased.

i contacted rainbow to make sure they had a appt time before I purchased their deal. .dwoud come down if AThey asked my address and specific location which I described as one mile west of I95 on Hallandale. It was acknowledged my address was fine. appointment was set for wed the next week. 5 days later(thur fri saat sun mon) a text, not a call, was sent to cancel appt. 2 days before the appointment time. when I called back the day before appt, they said we were out of their area, angies list wouldn't let them work where we were. After some discussion it was decided I would call Angies list to see if they would let Rainbow work in my area - i even offered $20 extra to come the extra few miles south of their 'area'. Rainbow said they would if Angies list agreed. I called Angies list and was told there were no restrictions. when I called Rainbow back 2 minutes after first conversation. No answer, Left 2 messages, even asked them to text me whether they were showing up next morning at appt time 9am. No response - no call, no text - we did not know if we had to arrange our morning to be ready or not. NO SHOW. My wife is on disability, I am working a new job 60 hrs week for a cruise line. We really needed help to get our house ready for family visit. So unprofessional. Rainbow should have check address on day we talked to make sure. or next day Fri, and cancelled then. to wait, then not communicate, Booooo. They do not deserve the A rating they had which led me to choose them. If they can't be professional, courteous, honest in dealing with customers who want their services, we can only wonder how diligent and honest their actual work is. Don't lie to me on the phone then fail to even text me that you just don't want to honor your committment

Meticulous attention to even the smallest detail makes Rainbow Cleaning Services the absolute right choice when it comes to doing a thorough job of cleaning your condo. I had let all the dust, dirt and grime, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen, go far too long, and wouldn't have been upset if the two wonderful professional women who came to my bachelor pad couldn't do much with it. But they attacked this cleaning challenge with full force and for two hours-plus went to town. I was beyond thrilled when I walked back into my "new home" and saw the difference!! Rubbed my hand over everything and not a speck of dust anywhere. Everything was spotless! They were highly efficient and I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone in my condo.

The owner Dalva was very professional and is a skilled cleaner. I shared with her how I would like certain things cleaned and with special products that I supplied. She was most receptive to my instructions, asking questions to clarify. I recommend Rainbow cleaners for your future home cleaning. I will schedule with her regularly for cleaning my home.

Dalva was very professional. She did a very good job of cleaning. She also went beyond the necessary job when she saw a sink was slow in draining she took it upon herself to fix it. She was friendly, courteous and hardworking. I think she did a great job. I would recommend her highly.

Been working with them for over 10 years. Usually schedule them 3 times a year. Unusual to get cleaners as good as they are. They'll do windows, tile floors, like mine. Cleans bathrooms, even clean out microwaves.
