Description of Work: Dried out a flood in 2 rooms and removed some baseboards that were damaged from the flood.

Description of Work: A broken pipe in the bathroom resulted in a wet mess throughout our house. The Puroclean people came in a few hours after the leak with a dozen giant fans and a number of dehumidifiers. It was necessary for them to make holes in ceilings and walls to get to the standing water. They were extremely careful of furnishings and our personal property, going so far as to wrap all the contents of our large china closet. They also went out of their way to assure us that everything would be fine which meant a lot to us in our senior years. They were even very caring when it came to our senior cat, making sure she was out of harm's way at all times.It took a week for the dryout to be completed, and they were helpful and professional every step of the way. I cannot report on costs because they directly billed our homeowners' insurance. No money was out-of-pocket.

Description of Work: I used the services of Puroclean. They took care of me and my family. I am a 73 y/o woman and I need dire help and I live alone. They boarded up my window for me and they have to move it between bedrooms for darkness.
