Chuck arrived promptly at the time agreed upon. He rebedded the carbon unit, but also took the time to explain the system and make suggestions on how to reduce our maintenance costs. Confirming prior reviews, he is a truly genuine and honest individual. Cost-wise, he was very reasonable. Great experience in every aspect.

I had called several companies to get estimates as to what it would cost to re-bed water filtration systems. Estimates ran from about $800 to $1500 - just to replace charcoal. After reading positive reviews on this site, I had Chuck come out to give me on-site estimate and was pleasantly surprised by price he quoted, which included adding an additional carbon tank and re-routing pipes which he told me had been put in improperly when the system was first installed . Because of complexity of job and weather conditions, he had to split work into 2 days. Each day he arrived right on time, got to work and didn't leave until he was satisfied that everything worked properly. When I spotted a small leak on top of one of the outside tanks, he came by the next day to fix it. I was so pleased with his work that I had him come back 2 weeks later to install a reverse osmosis filter system under my kitchen sink. Chuck takes pride in his work. He always answers calls, or returns them quickly after he gets your message. I strongly recommend Chuck Marple and his H20 Connection for any work involving water filters and softeners.

2 other major companies were non-responsive, or wanted huge bucks just to look at it. He looked at it first, and had the parts to replace, as another option he gave me a good price on a new softener, which I took and am happy with. Showed up on time and communicated all aspects of job, very professional.

Chuck showed up on time and started explaining how the system worked. He checked out the system and recommended a few things and turned a few dials......He tested the water for me for a starting point. He told me to keep an eye on how it was working and then we would take it from there. He didn't think I needed a new system.

Chuck was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time and professional with his work. My water softener tank was leaking pretty badly. I thought I needed to replace the tank but Chuck advised I only needed to replace the seal. Will definitely use him again in the future.

I had gotten 3 estimates for our water softener to see if it should be repaired or replaced. Two companies on Angie's list said that it had to be replaced and spent maybe 3 minutes looking at the system. Chuck came and spent about 20 minutes looking over the whole system and when he was done he was very confident that he could repair instead of replacing it. The other estimates that I received were for about 1800.00 to 3000.00 dollars. Chuck repaired and rebuilt the unit for 350.00. BIG DIFFERENCE. He arrived on time and worked quickly and was VERY EASY to talk to and work with. I would HIGHLY recommend his company. It's nice to know that there are still some customer service oriented business men out there. I had given up on finding any good contractors in South Florida. I will always use Angie's List for any contractor work that I need at my home.

In my opinion Chuck is a man from the "old school" of businessmen who do their best and take pride in their work. While my job presented some difficulties because of where my water source is located, Chuck studied the problem and resolved all the issues. He made every attempt to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. While his company is over 50 miles away from where I live, he has driven to return to my home twice afterwards, including on a Sunday, to tweak the system to make sure that it is working optimally. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG IN SELECTING THIS GUY!

We are thrilled with our new water system. It works better than our original which was 13 years old. We paid double the amount 13 years ago. Chuck was pleasant to deal with. We felt he was knowledgeable about what we needed and very fair on his price. No problem with communication. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it.

Excellent results, I didn't realized water from the tap would taste this good. Extremely happy with the results. I did my research ahead of time, and chuck was able to educate me further about the current systems out there.

I called Chuck on a Thursday and we set up an appointment for the very next day. He showed up at the scheduled time, and was able to diagnose the problem within a 1/2 hour. He did not charge me for the visit nor the simpe fix that was required. I did decide to install an optional piece of equipment at a reasonable price. Chuck was prompt both when he came to estimate the work and when he actually performed the work. He did not ask for payment or a deposit in advance. He advised us on several options for water softeners and filters. He charged exactly what he said he would. He did good work and we will definitely have him back. He will be installing an under sink water filter and spigot in the near future.

I knew our Water filtration system had not been functioning properly. When black water came out, I knew we had a problem. I left a message for Pure Water Connection which was the name/number on the original equipment. Chuck, the companies owner, promptly called me back. I explained the situation and he said that he would come out and see if he could salvage the system. He came out the next day right on time. He even walked me through the system showing me what had gone bad and what it should be doing; his thorough explanation and knowledge put me at ease. He then gave us 3 options for repairing to replacing. We felt his prices were very fair. ( I did my research on line) We chose to replace the entire systems (14 years old) because of his fair and honest pricing fit our budget. Before he came out to replace it, I found him on the BBB South Florida and his company has an A rating. On the day of replacement he was on time and deligently removed and replaced the system. He removed all of the old parts and rubbish and left our new system clean and neat. He takes pride in his work and we highly recommend Chuck of Pure Water Connecion- H2O Connection.
