+ -1 moreWe hired Protective Shutter Systems to install hurricane shutters on 2 condominiums. We researched many companies, but this company stood out. The rep scheduled a convenient time to meet with us, discussed their products, showed us samples, and explained the entire process so we'd feel comfortable. It wasn't long after we hired them (there was no sales pressure used). They were honest, reliable and had a background of excellence. Once we signed the docs and provided a 30% down payment, they got the permits, which took 3 weeks because of the city's delay, but they kept us up to date on the status. On the day of installation, the installers were very courteous and respectful of our home. More importantly, their work was superb - high quality installation and attention to details. Great products (thankfully haven't had to use this year yet). The inspectors came out & approved the shutters. We are very pleased with this company, and feel safe knowing they installed our shutters.
Description of Work: This company was hired to install our hurricane shutters on two condominiums, which are two stories. As soon as they got the permits, Protective Shutter Systems immediately scheduled to install. The installation was a smooth process. They came in and got the job done and to our satisfaction. The installers were especially courteous when they were in our home - making sure to clean up and being careful during the installation. We are very happy with the quality of the products as well as the excellent installation. It was a seamless process, and within a few days the inspector was out. We were approved with flying colors, and we are delighted that we are safe with our new shutters. It is clear that this company cares about their work, and their products are of high quality too.
