+ -1 moreCarla and her team were very professional and quoted a fair price for the cleaning service needed on our home. We needed both deep cleaning services in our bathrooms and laundry areas. They also completed post construction clean up after a small renovation in our kitchen and our floors. The team arrived on time, were very thorough in our walk through before the job started - and when they did start they were very diligent with every nook and cranny. We are considering Prime Quality Cleaning for our monthly cleaning.
Description of Work: Prime Quality Cleaning completed a deep clean on a foreclosure that we recently moved in to.

+ -1 moreI called this company to set up an appointment for an office cleaning at my place of employment. Carla answered the phone and quot;hello?and quot;. I asked her if this was a company, and she said oh, yes. She was on a cell phone and it cut in and out so bad I could barely hear a word she said. We finally made out that I needed an estimate for a cleaning, but she was driving and could not take any information down. She would have to call me back in about 20 minutes or I could text her and she could come sometime tomorrow. I am sorry, but this was very unprofessional and it doesn't give me must trust to use this company to schedule the service.

By the time they finished, the house was spotless and smelling great! I highly recommend her service!

+ 0 moreCarla and her crew are AMAZING! I am very particular and got really lucky to find her, especially after experiencing a couple of duds. Because I am in and out of town, my schedule is unpredictable. Carla is very flexible. I will give her advance notice and her crew arrives on time and knocks the job out. They are very professional and do a fantastic job. During the first cleaning, I was a little worried (as I always am because I am very picky and particular). Carla has exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: Carla and her crew cleaned the entire house, which includes 3.5 bathrooms, game room, wet bar, three bedrooms, two kitchens, a guest house and windows and glass doors. They vaacumed area rugs and cleaned all of the hardwood floors. They remove all of the liquor off of the glass shelves on the wet bar and thoroughly cleans the glass shelves. The house has a lot of glass and everything is completely spotless when they are done.

+ -1 moreI am EXTREMELY particular when it comes to cleaning, and I am absolutely impressed by their attention to detail, thoroughness, professionalism and work ethic. They are always on time and have never missed a single appointment in the 3 months they have been working for me. And aside from the cleaning aspect, I completely trust Carla and Junior to be in my home when I am not. They are just good, trustworthy people, and that is hard to find these days. Give them the opportunity and you will not be disappointed - and you will save yourself hours' worth of cleaning! It is so nice to have my weekends back to relax instead of cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping and dusting. Thank you, Carla and Junior!

+ -1 moreInitially they came out and did a good job on the first deep cleaning which cost $200. We agreed on a specific day and time for return visits every 2 weeks for a price of $100. Unfortunately due to personal issues, they changed our visit date on multiple occasions and missed several visits. Very nice people, but I would not use or recommend them as their personal family issues seem to be effecting the quality and reliability of their work.

They are responsible, courteous and do an amazing job! Junior is my favorite. He pays attention to detail, is friendly and fair. He does a wonderful job cleaning my home!

Description of Work: Had a deep clean done on the entire house which includes 4 bedroom and 3-1/2 baths, office, family room, dinning room and kitchen. All tile and laminate floors very vacuumed and washed. All bathrooms were cleaned, counter tops cleaned and polished. Dusted all ceiling fans and blinds, wiped down all the base boards throughout the house.

After that whenever they came to do routine cleaning the service was $100, which was about 2 and a half hours. I would recommend them for anyone doing a home cleaning. They always show up on time

+ -1 moreOverall, I find her responsive, prompt, flexible and trustworthy. We were not comfortable at first giving her access to our home when we aren't there but they have proven to be very responsible. If at anytime I give her instructions to change something, it's handled very well.
Description of Work: Carla and crew have been cleaning our house twice a month now for about 10 months now and they consistently do great work. She cleans my 3-3 house where 2 bedrooms are rarely used but does awesome with everything else.

+ 0 moreI called on Monday and the team came to clean Friday exactly on time. They bring their own supplies and accommodated my request for certain products e.g. Vinegar for the tile floors. Carla provided an estimate based on house size but immediately noticed problem areas such as the blinds which had never been thoroughly cleaned after major interior renovations a few months ago. The blinds are white so you couldn't tell but Carla's team looks for things like that. She quoted me a price for simple dusting and another for cleaning each blind individually and I went for the latter because there is no way I will do that myself. I also requested they add cleaning the big glass doors to the pool in our LR and they are now crystal clear, enhancing the view outside and in. The full initial clean took around 3 hours for a team of 3. We've been doing it ourselves after moving in 3 months ago but the house has been in the family 55 years and I bet it's never been this clean. I waited a day to write the review to get reactions from my husband and son and they have both remarked how nice it is to have the whole house truly clean and smelling fresh! We will definitely be using Carla's services regularly and I'm relieved we found someone professional to take care of the house down here.

They did a very through job with a full cleaning of my house. I'm very happy with the results and plan to hire her to come over monthly to clean my house.
Description of Work: Carla and 2 other people cleaned my entire house, excluding two bedrooms that are rarely used. They cleaned, bathrooms, floors, sliding glass doors, microwave, outside of fridge, counters, even clean the cat fur off the chair my cat always sits on.

+ -1 moreSpoke to Carla on a Wednesday and scheduled an estimate for Thursday and she arrived on time and we negotiated a price of $200 and what that would include. We have a 2/2 home and didnt need the bedrooms done, but wanted the kitchen, baths and living room done. This was basically a spring cleaning type of thing, as we hadn't dusted in awhile. We have alot of small pics on the walls and several shelves with lots of knicknacks and crap my wife won't get rid of. LOL We also have a table that just holds individual picture frames and there has to be 20 of them on there. The kitchen also has lots of stuff on the countertops as well. She arrived with her assistant on time on Saturday and worked about 4 hours. I was not there, but my wife was. She was reluctant to have cleaners come in, but afterwards was ecstatic. She was extremely pleased with their work and gave her a $40 tip. They cleaned everything we had discussed and then some. Very efficient, hard working and professional. My wife could not say enough good things, especially since she had her doubts to begin with. Very, very happy with their work and will definitely be having them back. Thanks Carla!

Description of Work: Carla and her crew came and cleaned my house last week and spent 3 hours cleaning it from top to bottom. She called to ask if she could come early and arrived and started to work right away. They worked around my barking border collie and my other who were very friendly and cleaned very very throughly the hair and dust due to my newly found allergies. They took care of everything and organized things that needed it. I am not only happy but greatful for her service and found that she is trust worthy and kind and caring and consder her a GREAT help and feel totally comfortable. She takes great pride in her work and takes her time in understanding what needs to be done. Thanks to Carla and her great helpers!

She is very detail-oriented (as am I) and I noticed many extra little areas clean that I did not necessarily expect to be cleaned. My wife was also happy with their job, which is most important. :) We have had them come back to clean again, and the excellent quality was maintained. Very pleased with their work.
Description of Work: We have a 2-bedroom condo that has been in need of overall TLC ever since the beginning of the year when major health issues arose in our family. Carla and her crew spoke to my wife and agreed to clean all the specific areas we wanted cleaned ( ex. ceiling fans, refrigerator, porch/balcony, windows inside/out) as well as a general cleaning, all for a reasonable price. These things were very important to my wife, as we had contacted several other local cleaning services who either sounded reluctant to clean those specific items or wanted to charge extra to clean them.

We set a date to clean the house and she came in with a crew of four including herself. They found dust where I didn't know there was dust. They were professional and thorough as they went about cleaning. In about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs the house was spotless and smelled great. I will have them come in to clean on a regular basis and before I have company. They were great!

I used to spend the entire weekend sometimes cleaning but Carla and her team have given me the opportunity to spend more time with my family, knowing with confidence that Carla does her job and does it well! I'm a VERY happy customer!
Description of Work: Carla and her team have been cleaning my home now for about 4 months and she does a superb job every time. She is also very punctual however, if she's running late for any reason she calls to let me know. She is also open and accomodating to any special requests that I may have. Carla and her team provide exceptional service and my entire family is well pleased with their work. Even my husband and my 5 and 6 year old comment on how clean the house is and how good it smells after she has been there.
