Description of Work: THE ICE MAKER ON THE FREEZER KEPT FREEZING OVER, BUT AN INSPECTION OF THE ICE MAKER REVEALED THAT THE THERMOSTAT WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. A BRIEF MAINTENANCE REPAIR CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED PROPER FUNCTION TO THE ICE MAKER.

Description of Work: THE HOT WATER HEATER WAS MAKING STRANGE NOISES AND NOT MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER. PRIDE MADE AN INSPECTION OF THE HOT WATER HEATER BEFORE DRAINING THE SEDIMENT OUT OF THE BOTTOM AND MAKING SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TEMPERATURE SETTINGS.
