Description of Work: The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The price was reasonable, and the installers kept their appointment and did an excellent job installing a new A/C unit, compressor, etc.

Description of Work: SERVICE AMERICA AND ECM WERE VERY EXPENSIVE FOR A 1-YEAR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE APPLIANCES AND A/C IN MY TOWNHOUSE, SO I AM GOING BY A FRIEND'S RECOMMENDATION AND TRYING PRIDE THIS YEAR. I HAD SERVICE AMERICA LAST YEAR. THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT RENEWAL WAS $496.00 FOR LESS COVERAGE THAN PRIDE OFFERED ME. IF I HAVE TO USE THE PRIDE CONTRACT, I WILL SEE HOW THEY DO AND REPORT BACK. IT'S AN "A" FOR PRICE AND PHONE COURTESY SO FAR.

Description of Work: Garbage disposal problem...the first "tech" didn't know what he was doing, he just made it leak. I had to wait two days until someone else came over and replaced it, as should have been done in the first place.
