My lawn looks waaay worse than it did before, it is ALL weeds.. I call frequently and request them to come out again. They destroyed my lawn and now I have somebody to come and fix it for $100’s. I need new sod in areas and they are doing the weed treatment. I’m disappointed I prepaid for the whole year and this is what happened.

Spoke to company rep and set an appointment for the next day between 2 and 4 PM. I was told the tech would call prior to arriving. Next day tech called at 1:30 and confirmed he would be arriving at 2PM. Tech arrived at 2 PM and introduced himself. He inspected the door, made the appropriate adjustments, lubricated door and since my rollers were fine he replaced the bottom door seal. Door works great!
