home inspection
+ -1 moreJohn Poz, passed the inspection on my home that had major electrical issues. That I had to pay to repair. Non functioning outlets as well as total light in bedroom. Home has mold and mildew when properly (inspected by other company.) Damage to roof that John said was fine. John worked with my realtor Latoya Suttle to get home sold regardless of the condition of home! Not fair to a 1st time homebuyer. Beware anyone working with Poz Home Inspections/ EXIT REALITY/ LATOYA SUTTLE
