+ -1 moreI first contacted Juan (Owner) in March of 2015, and from the very first time I met him, I knew I found the right company to build my fence. Juan came over and explained all of my options, and provided a written estimate on the spot. The price he gave me was excellent considering that he was going to build the fence to code, as well as did not use the pre-fabricated panels that you can by at home depot. Juan told me that he would handle all of the permitting issues (and there were many), and although it took longer than I expected, when it came time to build the fence, his team showed up on time and did an incredible job. The staff he used were professional and polite. When I had questions, they took the time to explain what they were doing. The entire job was completed in 2 days, and the inspector showed up 2 days later and approved the job immediately. Since the fence was constructed, several neighbors asked about the quality work and took Juan's number. I would highly recommend Juan and his team for any fence related projects as you will be thrilled with the workmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. Power Fence is an A+ business in my opinion.
Description of Work: I had a wood board on board 240 foot in length fence installed around my property. This included an entrance door that was constructed of steel.

+ 0 moreI've had a fence installed around my backyard which lasted for over 25 years. Another contractor replaced one side of the fence and that did not last 5 years because of his shoddy work. I saw several neighbors had used Power Fence Inc and i was impressed with their end product. I decided to take a chance and hired them. They surpassed my every expectation. My fence is great; Juan even strengthened part of the old fence so I would get a few more years out of it and of course keep my new puppy corralled. I already told Juan when the old fence finally goes (probably after the next hurricane) he will be my first call!!
Description of Work: Extend my backyard fence to the front of the house on both sides and install 2 new gates, metal reinforced, and locks.

Description of Work: Power Fence gave us a back fence and a side fence with a door. Power Fence gave us a high quality fence for a fair price. They got the City Permits in one day so they were ahead of schedule of when we thought we would get the fence. But the day they came to put in the fence, Juan, the owner, asked if he can put the "dirt" around a beautiful tree we have. He said his workers will rake the mulch put the dirt around the tree and reapply the mulch. When the job was done, before the workers left, I saw a high mound of rocks around the tree. They had put the cement they blasted around the tree. When I started picking out the rocks, I saw a big pipe and netting there as well but I guess they thought it was o.k. because they reapplied the mulch on top of the rocks and garbage. When I spoke to Juan about this, he said, "it is not my job". He finally gave into having his workers pick up some of the rocks and throwing it in my garbage can. Shouldn't an "A" rated company just ask for my garbage can to begin with instead of concealing garbage and rocks under mulch? Then we realized that when they did the side fence, they put the rocks around my air conditioner. We had standing water there after that and we did not know if it was the rocks that was keeping the water there or what. When Juan came back he figured out that it was a sprinkler that was too close to the fence but I asked him at that time to please throw the rocks in the garbage can because I was getting a new air conditioner later that day and it would have been a problem. All they needed to do was to use my garbage can and they would have gotten a perfect rating. Instead my dealings with Juan became tense.

+ -1 moreFrom start to end, Power Fence did a great job. I can't say enough good things about this company! Francisco provided the bid, educated me and was responsive when I called. The company had a number of options for fencing materials and fence design. They worked with me to to identify the best choice to meet my needs and refined bids accordingly. During installation, one of my neighbors (to the south of my property) through a bit of a fit and Francisco and I worked with them to ensure all parties landed on a reasonable outcome. My other neighbor ( on the north of my property) loved the new fence so much, he asked Power Fence to provide him with a quote for his yard too!. There are good companies to work with and there are great companies to work with.....Power Fence was a great company to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to update or replace their fence.

+ -1 moreWe had a 210 foot wood shadow box fence built. Juan measured and took care of the rest. Waited for City of Hollywood for permitting( 2 weeks), and construction finished in 3 days. Call the office to take care of paperwork, because Juan is a busy guy, out on the field. He did answer some specific questions like spacing and wood thickness,etc. stuff I remembered after he came by. The spacing is quite tight on the shadow box, so its hard to look thru unless at a severe angle. It was constructed well and passed permitting. The cost was also very competitive, and I chose Juan as they have done more than 60 fences in Hollywood. Check the city contractor info, it shows how many jobs someone has done. They install PVC fences also, we went with wood just because it looks better in our neighborhood.

I also saw their reviews online and after getting several expensive quotes, Power Fence's quote was the best value. At first, it took several days and several phone calls in order to get him to come out and measure our lot, but we were patient and I'm glad we were because the results were great! Juan made the paperwork simple, promptly got our permit and began work on the job. He originally told us it would take about 2-3 days to complete the job, but much to my surprise... his team got it done in about a day and a half! The total actual experience from initial quote to job completion took about 3-4 weeks. Literally on the day of completion, my neighbors were asking me for Juan's contact info because of the superior quality of work. I actually think he got another job out of it (too bad there's no discount for referrals lol). Be the envy of your neighbors with Power Fence!

After careful consideration Juan Morales, owner of Power Fence Inc., exceeded others that were interviewed. Juan worked with me and the manufacturer of my choice to redesign a shadow box PVC fence of high quality that provides maximum privacy within city code. Thanks to Juan, he was able to have the manufacturer redesign the pickets to meet my needsd and provided a sample. Juan delivered what I requested and what he promised. He gave a great estimate. Permit was quick and easy. Juan Morales stayed on top of the job from start to finish. He was always available if a question came up. Install is strong. Juan and his installers were very competent, professional, prompt, respectful, courteous and experienced. I extended the fence project during install. Unlike no other fencing company that I interviewed, Juan Morales/Power Fence Inc did not ask for final payment until the final inspection passed. Permit was signed off quickly with no issues. I have a reputable product and great istall. It was a pleasure working with Juan Morales/Power Fence Inc. I highly recommend Power Fence Inc.

Description of Work: Juan made the appointment and arrived on time for the estimate. He accompanied me to the building department and handled all the necessary paperwork with the city. Juan also handled the easement paperwork with the various utility and water departments. his team arrived on the day and at the time agreed upon. They completed the job on time and cleaned up the site. The inspection was signed off by the necessary departments. I would highly recommend Power Fence and Juan Morales as a contractor for any fencing needs. I have had many dealings with contractors and estimators over the years in Broward county and appreciate one that shows up and completes the task in a timely and professional manner

Work was completed in a day as promised. When I appeared concerned over a small design issue, Juan immediately contacted me to reassure me and offered to change it if I felt it was necessary. Very professional and courteous. My fence looks better than my neighbor's.

Juan Morales gave me a very good estimate and removed the old chain link and existing wooden fencing, he then installed the new vinyl fence promptly. The whole neighborhood looks better! I would certainly recommend Power Fence for a good job at a good price.
