REALLY BAD so far!!!
Description of Work: I called before 7 AM yesterday morning for a broken main water line. Water bill over $1000/month for 2 people. Said they would send someone. Arrived after 5:30 and worked for over one hour and did fine the leak and said it was too dark and would return today. They DID NOT RETURN! They did not call. I have no idea if they expect to return or not. One guy acted like he knew what he was doing and the other one was learning and there to lift the shovel. I have not made a final decision but so far they are between a D and a F. I have not seen the bill yet but expect to see one. No estimate given. Dana

Plumbing Troopers was excellent across the board, from start to finish. Not a single complaint. Even when unexpected issues arose during the work, they offered and implemented the most cost-effective solutions. The two contractors who performed the work were honest, skilled and reliable. This was the first time that I used them. But, they are now my go-to contractors for plumbing and other renovation work. I also would recommend them to anyone and already have recommended them to family and friends.

Our shower/toilet began backing up a few hours before heading into Boca Raton to do a little shoping. First, we left a message to schedule an appointment upon our return later I received a call back right away from Glenn, the service manager he showed up at the start of the service window (+5 star). Removal of toilet, snaking the drain and replacing the toilet all in under an hour...about 45 min (+5 stars). Reasonably priced (+5 star). Super friendly. We DEFINITELY call Plumbing Troopers again for our plumbing needs. Thanks!!

It went amazing. Glenn was helpful and understanding. The Hurricane did severe damage and with one after another just made the house worse. I thought it would never get fixed. Toilets were overflowing none stop and green stuff was coming out of the bath tub. I thought it could never get fixed. Glenn reassured me otherwise and was able to tackle the situation without any flaws. Thank you for saving me PLUMBING TROOPERS!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: I have had such problems in my house that were unbearable. My soon to be ex wife was having panic attacks and I needed to sell the house. Some how after Hurricane Charlie we had bad problems with our plumbing cause we did live by a canal. I did not know what to do. So after finding this company in the yellow pages, I was able to get Glenn out right away by doing an inspection and job in one day.

Two guys showed up on time and worked for over 2.5 hours getting my drain unclothed. I they did a great job and left my kitchen clean. I hard workers who know what they are doing. I highly recommend.
