+ -1 moreHave been using them for awhile and always had to call them back. Plants died and they would not replace. Continued using them because promises to do better. Got a quote from another company and found out that I have been paying them way too much for their service. Was not happy with the owner's attitude nor the office staff. DO NOT USE is my suggestion.
Description of Work: They did yard spraying and palm treatment.

+ -1 moreI would never use this service again. I used them blindly assuming that they were knowledgeable. I was mistaken. They are prompt and do follow the schedule closely but they do not know what they are doing.
Description of Work: I had a bimonthly contract with the provider for rodent control. The performed initial inspection and addressed possible areas of entry. On Friday I told the provider that I thought there was activity in an area where they had covered an opening in the past - he told me it was fine. We went away for the weekend - when we returned there was an odor throughout the house. We found rodent droppings in our air vent. I informed the company that I no longer wanted service. They informed me that the would remove the baits - I agreed. The owner called me and told me he would like to address the issue. I showed him the area and the droppings. He told me he did not smell anything and asked me to turn on my AC. I refused stating that the droppings would aerosolize and could be harmful to my family. He called me difficult and left.
