+ -1 moreI was impressed when they first came out to estimate the job. They arrived with a folder containing all the licenses, references, and information about the company. They were very professional. I knew that they would do a wonderful job and they did.
Description of Work: Payless Roof installed a new roof. It consisted of 37 squares of tiles. They removed the old roof and disposed of it.

+ -1 moreI signed the contract in Feb. '06 and was told getting the tiles was not a problem. It turned out getting the tiles was a problem and the job was not completed until October '06. The roof looks great and the workmanship is very good. The crew was polite and on time and cleaned up as they went along. The only issue I had was with the delays due to supply and demand, the company needed to communicate a little better with the customer. Other then that they were good to deal with, with only minor other issues.
Description of Work: The existing roof was removed and an entire new tile roof was installed.
