Communication was horrible through the whole process. Each step of the way we hit issues. -The demolition hit a snag (they claimed the powder room was not on the 'scope of work'...when it was).-The cabinet installer was 2 days behind and never communicated this to Panda. I had to be the 'go-between'.-The cabinet installer blocked an oulet under the sink which caused extra labor and an extra trip by the construction guy to fix.-The cabinet installer blocked the drain access in the wall. not sure if this was a design flaw by Panda or his error.-Deborah missed a few appointments. One was to order our actual granite. We were waiting and she called in sick while we were there.-They were supposed to install the granite and 2 days prior we got a call that our piece was sold to someone else and we had to rush in to pick another slab. Why this took a week for them to figure out I do not know.-That 'rush' for the granite took another week. The same amount of time the original order was to take.-Phone calls to Panda are screened (we were witness to this when we were there). If they don't want to speak to you...the Caller ID tips them off and they either don't answer or someone 'screens them'. -Messages and Emails go unanswered.-When your designer is 'out sick'...your project stalls and no issues are addressed. Nobody else in the company want to help you.-The granite and sink in the powder room was not right. The installers couldn't finish the job and said that Panda would contact us. We waited a week and finally heard back from Deborah. No reason was given...only a date when they could re-install.-The sink for the powder room was way too large and we could not fit the faucet in the middle of the sink (like everyone has) and had no choice but to get a 'side' set faucet hole. This is NOT what was in the plans. The faucet now cannot be turned on all the way.-We are still waiting to hear back on how and even if Panda can fix the powder room issue. At this point we just want a credit for the balance due (they make you pay about 97% up font). I would never recomend Panda to anyone. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with and really hope that Deborah can come through for us. I'm almost thinking it's the culture of the company that makes it so bad...not only the employees. Stay away.
