Description of Work: Rick was working for "Handman, Inc." That company sends poeple to do work. He did a great job on the ceiting replacing the "popcorn" which was damaged. After that, I called him to do work directly for me through his company. My flat roof was damaged because the roofer did not do the job. He told me that he gave a gaurantee but never stood by it. I would like to do a review on him. Rainguard Roofing. I wrote him a lawtyer letter and he did nothing to stand by his work. My roof fell in over the bathroom so i asked Rick to fix it. He did the job while I was away and said that there was no leak when he tried the roof putting water over it. He said that he tested the roof. He used a hopse and that did not work. Any way, it was not fixed and it leaked again. I called him many times and he never returned to do the work. I had to get another man to replace the roof and fix the underhang. You have to be careful in Florida of the shoddy work. Also people do not stand by their promises. .

Description of Work: Our realtor recommended Rick when we purchased a new townhouse in Coconut Creek. We needed an experienced and professional painter.
