ORANGE PEST CONTROL

Horrible service. The service was terrible and did not work -- they kept asking for "another week" to treat bedbugs, and the yet "another week". Refused to return money -- no guarantees or warranties. When service representative showed up to treat the second time he merely looked in the room and didn't do any treatment -- had to call the office to call the representative back to actually treat. When the treatments didn't even begin to solve the problem and we had called the office numerous times they eventually wouldn't even pick up our calls. We finally called Truly Nolan who took care of the problem in 1 treatment. Avoid Orange Pest Control at all costs -- because the costs will certainly be out of your pocket.

They are awesome! I have chemical sensitivities so it's a challenge to find ways to keep my house from being eaten while respecting the environment and my body. I had no problems whatsoever with what they sprayed and it worked really really well. I'm impressed!

They Not only treated the termites, I also received a complimentary Free organic pest control service for the inside of the house with a year warranty. Both treatments worked great, took way shorter than I had anticipated, and we were able to stay in the house throughout and after the services.

The first time they came, they were late. The organic pest control was smelled strong but it did it's job. They sent someone out for a termite inspection and then they did a treatment. We were told that should we find any other termite droppings they would come out and treat again. However when I once again scheduled both services before my year expiration date, they only performed one service instead of both. They said that they had to do an inspection again... (because finding droppings is so difficult and time consuming) and could only do one of the services. They are also telling me that even though my termite service has not expired, I would need to renew my service before they can treat again. When you call them, its very difficult to get someone on the phone. They try to use only email contact. On top of that when you try to schedule an appointment, they pick the date and time for you like they own your life instead of giving you the choice of when you have availability. Then to try to change the appointment, its another hassle. Never using these people again. Beware! Product works but they have horrible timelines, customer service, and they opt out of explaining things to you because they only use email to contact you.

Their treatment worked and so far no bugs. The person that came was also friendly and very thorough. I spoke with Cathy on the phone and she was very friendly as well.

If you have Termites DO NOT HIRE Orange Pest Control. I signed a contract with them in September 2014 September 2015 they terminated my contract for 12 months they have not been able to handle my termite issue. Call the professionals if you have termites Gabriella Perez is the office manager and acts as if she is the owner, never once would the owner speak with me and I have made several requests. Customer Service is all talk but never service. Mrs Tania V. Langberg if your the owner please call me. Your company should not be licensed to treat termites because 1 year later my home is more infested than when you first started to treatment.
