While they were on-time and professional and provided an estimate, it was twice as much as the company I'm going with.

Service tech(Elvin) arrived on time, called before he arrived. Assessed the problem and found low levels of coolant. He then inspected and cleaned my systems and said he would follow up in 1 month and recheck the coolant level to make sure there is no leak. Very professional company that respects my time and my home. I have been a customer for over 25 years and have never had a bad experience. When your ac goes out out especially in so Florida you want a quick response and they haven’t ever let me down.

It went very well. One small detail: at the end of the job, the worker cleaned the outside units with my garden hose but left muddy foot steps on the cement patio which could easily have been cleaned with the hose.

Technician arrived on time Was totally professional. Did not try to sell me extra devices or services. My air conditioners work just fine

Anthony was our One Hour Specialist. He was professional and diligently checked the air conditioner heat pump, the duct work system as well as the air handler. He answered all of our questions and examplified his expertise in his knowledge of our system. We were very pleased and would like to continue with a contract with this company. They are reliable and always respond to emergency calls immediately. We have used them for several years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Check up went very well. Technician advised that a uv bulb was burned out and should be replaced which we approved.

They are extremely clean, friendly and on time. They are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Coming back Thursday to install they are taking care of all the permits etc.

Installation went well. Dave & his co-worker were very knowledgeable about their work. The only drawback was that the work area which consisted of carpeting, was not covered enough, resulting in dirt stains which may require professional cleaning.

Called at 1:00 A.M. last night. Appointment set for this morning. Technician called ahead, arrived on time. Got the unit working quickly. Seems at this time to be working as it should. Have used Van's for 7 years. Always on time and professional. Charges are what one expects.

Very well. No one is happy about having to replace air conditioning and the cost of it. But that being said, one hour air did a terrific job from beginning to end. First I was given choices of units to choose from, it was installed the next day. The installer came promptly at 8 am and works steadily until 4:30 pm. They were very professional and neat. I would hire them again should the need every occur. I give this company a five star rating...

Sam is a great ac tech. He is very experienced, honest, thorough, and has a positive attitude. I especially liked that he wasn't a pushy salesman, even though my AC units are old. I will definitely ask for Sam for future AC maintenance or repair.

The service was excellent. They explained to me that the previous service company took a shortcut in a repair and that wires were left in my attic unsecured. One hour corrected the situation in a time and very professional manner. I am very satisfied with them and will use them again if needed. I highly recommend this company.
