I reached out from the number listed here, and it's the wrong number, the good phone number is 954 650 4722. Pete answered and gave me an appointment. Great service, great results, beautiful resilient tile installation

When I contacted them, Rich responded quickly and was not opposed to coming to my home for a free estimate even after I explained it was only about150- 200 square feet. He explained how they would proceed to address the mess I had in my Florida room. There had been an in/outdoor carpet pasted to a cement floor that was moldy and discusting. They would use a machine to grind the 'yuck' stuff from the floor. The machine uses diamonds and water and would make little to no dirt. I had to put off having the job done right away because I had company. When we argreed on a date, I was pleasantly surprised that they could start early. It was only a very long after they arrived that the prep work with the grinder was completed and they set to work with the thinset and tile cutting. They were passionate about their work and that was refreshing to observe. Rich and Pete are the best...it was a pleasure having them here. The other companies I notified were less than willing to handle so small an area and pretty much blew me off. The others never explained the process.
Description of Work: Rich and Pete were responsive to my concerns about the installation and provided additional options for consideration. I felt comfortable having them in my home. They did a wonderful job.

We were remodeling our kitchen and removed a wall and filled in our sunken living room with concrete and needed to replace the flooring. We interviewed several tile installers and decided to hire Richie's company because he seemed the most professional and able to handle such a big job. He was also willing to do the job in two stages so we wouldn't have to have our whole house torn up at once. When the job started they brought in a crew of men to tear up the old tile and remove the carpet. They also used tools to remove the old thinset down to the terrazzo floor underneath and then prepped the terrazzo floor by using a wet grinder. We were amazed how smooth and clean they got the terrazzo. Since the concrete we poured in the living room had to cure for 30 days before we could tile over it, we moved the furniture from two bedrooms into the living room and they started tiling those rooms first. Before the tiling began the tilers and another owner Pete spent time planning the layout so the bedroom tiles would look right when they flowed out into the living room. We chose 24x24 Italian rectified porcelain tile and asked them to set it with as small grout lines as possible. We also decided on a diagonal layout. The tilesetters Omar and Wilmer were brothers and did a great job. My husband checked on them when they were grouting and saw that they were removing a tile that had already been installed. They said they didn't realize it was chipped when they installed it and caught it when they were grouting so they were replacing it. We didn't even see the chip, they just did this without having to be asked. What an amazing work ethic. After the concrete in the living room had cured and a wall for the kitchen had been removed, Omar and Wilmer came back to complete the job. Before tiling they put crack paper down on any cracks in the terrazzo and also on the seam where the concrete met the terrazzo. They even tiled in a closet where our air handler is and tiled underneath the air handler which was not an easy thing to do. The grout lines are really small and even and overall the job turned out great! They really took the time to prep the floor so that when the tile was installed right. Omar and Wilmer are very nice men, polite and professional with a great work ethic.
Description of Work: We had old tile and thinset removed completely down to the terrazzo underneath, carpet removed and new tile installed throughout our house, over 1300 sq ft.
