Description of Work: I hired them to stain a slab of cement on my patio. I signed with them in the beginning of April hoping they would begin in the beginning of May. They actually put me in to the middle to end of May, so they did not have time for me until then. After repeated attempts to contact for an initial appointment, they were making the excuse of the weather, but it was nice and clear form many days in a row. | |They finally started working on the beginning of June, unfortunately we had company come from out of town the following week, so we told them to hold off until the company left. | |When it came time to start staining the cement we were told they could not apply the same stain we had selected because the cement on the photo was a different kind of cement (don't recall the name). By this point I just wanted them to finish. | |Once our friends left we called them. After missing repeated confirmations saying they would come (at least 6 times they said they would come and never showed up), we selected a color pattern similar to what we had selected. They ended up finishing the job towards the end of June.

Description of Work: We had them work on our back patio, approximately 12x30 ft, They scraped off all the nasty Chattahoochee that was 30 years old and crumbling; then they spread a quarter inch layer of concrete over the whole patio. After, they "stamped" it to make it look like natural stone inlays, then coated it with a primer.. They then hand stained it with slight variations of dark and light to enhance the natural look. Finally, it was coated with a seal of acrylic so dirt and water would never seep in.
