I ordered a pull-out drawer back in May and never received it. I called Nuform numerous times and they always told me they were looking into it but never resolved anything. I opened up a BBB complaint, and they never responded. Still holding out hope that they will see this and resolve the issue, but I feel I'm running out of options to recovery my $129.

The quality of the cabinets was good, the install barely mediocre. The bottom cabinets didn't line up to the top cabinets around the stove & refrigerator. It took 5 total trips to get it looking OK, but kick plates are still offset. The lazy susan door is on the wrong side and can't be opened completely because it hits the range door handle. The cabinet doors were not adjusted to line up correctly. The installer is apparently paid by the job and got more & more upset as he had to return to fix things. Then we get a call the stone we purchased isn't big enough and we need to buy another who stone for a small section. We did get a refund and bought the same sized stone and there is some left over!
Description of Work: Replace kitchen cabinets and install new counter top.
