Unbelievably terrible and unprofessional service. Yes the lawn was cut but that did not even matter after witnessing the crew mostly walking around blowing grass debris all over the front yard but mostly into the neighbors yard (which I'm sure they appreciated me for even though it wasn't my desire either); mind you every other professional I've hired would bag these debris and dispose of them in the appropriate trash can or haul away themselves -- NOT these guys. To make matters even more bizarre and comical, the trash cans were already out on the curb so these boneheads spent more time and energy spraying grass debris all over the place rather than simply raking it into the trash cans that were already there... couldn't have been more simple or obvious to me. I especially felt bad for the people passing by in the neighborhood (driving, walking their dog, etc.) since I witnessed them all catch yard shrapnel rather than these idiots waiting a minute before continuing their **** poor job while no one was looking but I tell you, these grade F workers did not care and it was more than apparent. Afterward I wanted to say something to them but they were too busy blasting each other off with the air in the back of their trailer so I didn't even want to bother or deal with it.
