Awful! Sales tell you one thing and office told us another. STAY AWAY!

I hired New Image Pools and Spa for the construction of our pool back in September of 2016. Sales rep that came over provided very extensive knowledge of the processes. Biggest challenge we would have to faced, according to the rep, was getting our permits approved from the city. And was she right! It took the city over 3 months to provide final approval on the permits. from that point on the first dig was scheduled fr February 5th of 2016. Pool was completed and filled with water on March 16th 2016. I cannot express enough how professional this company and workers were. They were always on time within every step of the processes. There was no delay what so ever (luckily the weather was very co-operative and there was only few days in which they had to postpone work due to rain). Every single inspection was scheduled on time and approved by the city. I am extremely satisfied that we chose New Image Pools and Spa after interviewing 8 different companies.

Great! Pool was completed in about 10 weeks.

Everything went great! From start to finish I cannot complain about a thing. My salesman was Mike and he was great. He broke down every cost and answered all questions honestly, and no high pressure sales. The build went smoothly and took about 8 weeks till pool fill. All the work was handled by the company except for the fence and sprinklers which was handled by my contractors. The owner Steve communicates with you along the way and answers any questions that you may have, he's definitely a hands in owner. I would recommend them to anyone that asks for a new pool or remodel.

My experience with New Image can be divided into two distinct periods. The first period is comprised of the sales and installation process. The sales process was painless, with the New Image rep being courteous, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Installation went smoothly as well. We passed all inspections and the pool was completed on schedule. There were minor fixes that needed attention and New Image was very responsive. That would all change. Sadly, 10 months later we experienced rust coming through the pool wall. We notified New Image and within a couple of weeks, a tech was out to inspect the problem. The likely cause, a rebar tie was too close to the pool wall surface and had started rusting and bleeding through. New Image made the repair a few weeks later. While our pool wall was no longer pristine, we assumed that the problem was resolved. Unfortunately, 8 months later two additional rust spots appeared in the same vicinity as the repaired spot. Again New Image was notified but this time there was no returned phone call. Several additional attempts were made over the course of several weeks. Not once did anyone from New Image bother to return the phone calls or send someone over to inspect. Calls made by our pool maintenance company, who continue to work with New Image, went unanswered as well. After 4 months of no response from New Image, we decided to have the pool repaired by another contractor. What was discovered was very disheartening. A significant length of rebar - not a tie - ran right up against the pool surface. Corrosion was so bad that the pool wall had a sizable hole in it. Not only was the problem unsightly, it was also structural. While the repair has been made we are left to wonder what other areas of the pool walls may have the same issue. There was a time when I would have recommended New Image to people looking for a reputable pool contractor but that day is long gone. Instead I would strongly urge you to find another company and save yourself from future headaches.

My experience with them was positive, so I decided to go with them. They were responsive. We are still in the process of getting permits and doing the paperwork, but everything has been great so far, and I have not had any complaints with them. I would work with them again in the future subject to everything ending up well.

They have done great work so far. They came out and gave me an estimate of $30000.

We love the new pool. It really turned out excellent. They handled the whole construction process from start to finish. It is made of quality materials. We have had no problems wit the pumps or filters, everything has turned out fine. I do not know the price since my spouse writes the checks.

THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND, EVEN WITH US MAKING CHANGES, IT ONLY TOOK TWO MONTHS TO FINISH. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ANSWERED OUR QUESTION AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
