Eber and his crew did an excellent job replacing my entire s tile roof. Great communication throughout the project. No hidden surprises or charges. Was the only roofer who said he could save my gutter system and HE DID. Highly recommended, Eber ws gret to work with.

Given the price of new roofs today I was apprehensive about hiring a contractor. I work with a major insurer so I was referred to this company by an investigator who had her house roof done by them and I am glad she referred me to them. In sum, this company was timely, efficient, and dedicated. My neighbors were amazed at their efficiency in that they tore the old roof apart but, at the end of the day, all I could find was about half a dozen old nails. They did a superb job cleaning and every step of the way they were on top of things making a daunting process easy. My roof looks great and am now getting my new gutters from them as well. Glad to see there are still honest contractors out there who care about reputation and integrity.

All went well despite material supply chain problems currently affecting all construction projects. Professional and competent. I recommend them and would definitely hire them again. 👍👍

They made a apt with me and we got to everything was done. The proposal was agreed on and the contracts signed…the women that was taking care of me stopped answering my texts and phone calls… after awhile she did pick up and tell me her daughter was in the hospital and that she promised when she could she would call me and promised me she would hold the price and assured me of that. After that I (I never stopped contacting her) finally she contacted me and apologized again her grand mother dies and assured me again the price would not change. Then after all that I contacted her again and she told me sorry the price is $2500.00 more. I feel like she just drag along and now I am in a spot….do not use these people….

We chose New Era because of their representative, Emmanuel Herrera who explained all we needed to know about the different types of rooves and what is needed for a hurricane proof roof. This company did an excellent job in installing our new roof and Emmanuel was always there when we had questions as the job progressed. He is definitely an asset to the company.

When I first had Angie's list send out requests for estimates, they called me within 10 minutes. Even after I mentioned I wanted a couple more estimates (to repair a roof leak), he graciously offered to place a tarp over the area where he found the leak and did so even though it had started to rain a little (fortunately he finished before it rained harder). A couple days after I hired them they showed promptly and performed the repair. They were courteous, professional and provided photos of the area where they laid new underlayment and the tiles after the work was finished. They repaired a couple of times that had cracked as well. It has rained hard since the repair and my ceiling is still dry. I would recommend New Era Roofing without hesitation.

We are selling our house in Wilton Manors and I wanted to replace our roof before listing. I called and got estimates from lots of roofing companies seven in total and I picked the best option. New Era Roofing Concepts. Eber came to our house the same day I called and he professionally measured our roof and then went to his truck and wrote us an estimate right away. His company offered the best warranty, the best options for shingles and the most pieces of plywood as well as facia board. This all happened during this pandemic and they still came and got the job done in just a few days. They did a beautiful job and when the inspector came to inspect he said it was the best shingle work he had ever seen. The inspector said he would give the work an A+. Something that any homeowner wants to hear. We were very happy with the work and would definitely use them again if our next house needs a new roof. I have already referred them to several friends, which I would not do if I was not 100% satisfied with the job done. Thank you to Eber at New Era Roofing Concepts and the workers that did the job.

If you've been reading review after review, getting quote after quote consider this review the last one you need to read. I've been there, done that and almost hired someone else. SO GLAD I DIDN'T DO THAT! I hired New Era Roofing because of Eber. I showed him "the other guy's" quote and he went line by line explaining where the big name company was cutting corners and charging me more for less. His crew was on time, worked from the moment they arrived and didn't just do an OK job, they did an amazing job. They kept me informed every step of the way and got the job done (inspections were a breeze!) ahead of schedule. Left my property in immaculate shape and gave me a thorough final report with before and after pictures, even pics along the way. You can't ask for anything more! Eber responded to every question (and I had many) promptly. Don't waste your time with any other roofer. New Era Roofing is the only one to call.

From the first time me and my wife met Eber he was professional and informing. He did not come to sell me but to educate me on my roof and what I needed. Other companies were less expensive but New Era offers quality material and quality installation. Roof looks great and it was worth the money.
