I was highly recommended to call this company for my inspection. I made an appointment and Mike showed up exactly at the time of the appt. He was pleasant, explained everything he had to look for and very courteous. After the inspection he explained to me what he found and if I had to fix or improve anything. I then asked him if he could recommend an insurance company for homeowners insure and he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you very much Mike for everything.

It has been a total nightmare.  The insurance company has never accepted the report that he provided.  He is totally incompetent.  In the report he used wrong terminology when it came to the specific types of pipes that I have and windows.  This mistake has caused my insurance to increase.  He tried to creative the report 6 different times and my insurance company has still denied the reports.  When he did make adjustments, he did not initial them or put his license number down.  He also did not include photos and other important pieces of information.
