Description of Work: National Brick Pavers did a wonderful job. Done in a timely fashion, cleaned up well and the job was perfect.

Description of Work: I had pavers installed by National some years ago. They called about cleaning and sealing. i jumped at the opportunity because of the staining, mildewing, and dirt accumulated over the years.

After service not good, never return phone or email, had to go and see them at the office. 2-3 days work, but one day the installer did not show up only his helper.Was supposed to change 2 brick paver in the driveway, never did the work. Will not take this company.

Description of Work: Had used this company to complete the initial installation of my pavers. Re-hired to reseal the pavers. Hired the company again based on loyalty and previous perormance. He gives his returning customers a "special rate" but that wasn't the main reason we hired the owner's company back. I am still waiting for him to live up to his " we garuantee our work" promise. What a nightmare. I don't know where to begin. His crew lead was rude and unprofessional. It started with the cleaning of the pavers. When I asked the crew leader if they were going to get the mold out of the paver seamers he told me "take a water bottle with bleach and do it" and walked away! My husband spent 2 hours finishing the job they were suppose to do cleaning the pavers. I should have fired them from the begining. They sealed our pool skimmer cover and we couldn't open it, didn't fill in the seams with sand, and sealed my covered patio area and front door area while it still had moisture and wet. I have trapped moisture in pavers where I never had mositure before. I had to constantly call the owner to come and look at the mess until he finally agreed to come over. He sent a back up person to try to get the moisture out and at least this person was pleasant. He was able to salvage about 1/3 of the pavers that had been ruined. But I still have 2/3 of the pavers in my covered patio area that NEVER had mositure still trapped with moisture. I called the owner again and he told me these are not new pavers...I reminded him I didn't have trapped mositure before his crew did the job and they were perfect before! He told me he would come over. I am still waiting for him to show up and clean up his mess.

Description of Work: The owner was very courteous and followed up when necessary. The workers were terrific. Very precise. It is now almost a year since it was done, and it still looks great. Absolutely would use them again.

Description of Work: I looked at several companies and went with National Brick. Dave was the sales rep/owner. They beat everyones price and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: The guys at National Brick Pavers were very pleasant to deal with. We had them come out and look at our job twice as our plans changed along the way. We ultimately didn't hire them because their quote was significantly higher than the other quotes that we received. The job was for an extension on an already existing back patio. It required a retaining wall since we live on the water and the property slopes. I think their estimate of what this retaining wall would cost made the difference between them and the others. The job also included adding a walkway from the side of the house tying into the driveway. This company is highly reputable. I would definitely call them out again and suggest that you include them in your group of paver companies to consider. In our case, they just weren't competitive.

Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PUT IN BRICK PAVERS AROUND THE POOL. THEY DUG UP THE GROUND AROUND THE POOL, PUT IN SAND AND THEN LAID DOWN THE BRICK PAVERS.
