The owner was not empathetic to our situation. No communication- I had to track him down. He complained about the other 149 clients he has with downed trees- well I hire them for yard work not tree work and the other clients are not my problem. They should have showed up as scheduled and at least shown interest in getting us back on our feet. All the other homes on our street were serviced over the last two days. I do not recommend them
Description of Work: Extremely poor communication during the recent Hurricane. Failure to show or call for a standard bi weekly service. Irrespective of what the owner believes is our need- we expect the service we contract for. This was 5 days after the hurricane. This forced us to do all the yard work, clean up on our own.
