Long story short, stay away from this company. They came out because our drains were backing up in 2 bathrooms. They charged us $300 and snaked the drains in 2 different pipes. That seemed to have cleared the problem. 2 days later the drains were backing up again so I called them back out because I didn't feel they had cleared the clog the first time. They came back out and began to blame my septic system and said that it was not in the pipes. They refused to snake the pipes again without charging me. We had just purchased the house and had a full inspection and the septic was fine. I even paid another septic company to come out again and to tell Mr. Rooter it was fine, they still did not believe me. I went further to prove there was a clog by paying $400 to have my septic emptied (which was not needed, wasted money!) After it was emptied the pipes were still backed up so finally the head guy agreed to come out . He found a huge clog and cleared it. He apologized, but by then it was too late, I had already wasted $100's of dollars and countless hours dealing with this company. They were horrible!

They are a local place. They charge so much. I dismissed them. I did not have a good experience with them, I hope nobody uses them. They wanted almost 500 dollars to repair a leaky faucet. Don't go to them.
