The service went very well. They were punctual and their overall work ethic was great. Their willingness and extra effort to make sure the job was done and and done correctly was very impressive. They took pride in what they did. The pricing was reasonable and scheduling was very easy. They finished the job all in 1 day- about 4-6 hours.

They are very good and I've never had a problem with them. It wasn't a huge expense and he said that the part stayed wet because of where it was so they would rust and need to be replaced every once in a while. It was a little toggle switch that flips on and off. They installed the air conditioner in 2004. They come when it breaks. They have also come out to fix the thermostat. I've used them several times and I use them at least once a year to do the tune up. They have never taken me or talked me into anything that I didn't need. I haven't compared their prices. They charge $19.95 for the regular check. The most he does is yell at me for not changing the filter often enough. They had the best price when I had it replaced. They are always very nice and on time. I usually use Paul and he was the one that installed it. I've had no problem with them whatsoever. They are very responsive. When I had a heating problem, I had them come that day. If he says he will be here at 9:30, he is here at 9:25. Only one time did he call to tell me that he had an emergency and was going to be late which was fine. He usually calls to tell me that he is on his way. I will absolutely continue to use them.

He was pleasant to have in the house, did a great job, cleaned up when he was done, and answered all my questions.
