We had an excellent experience with Art from Mister Sparky Electricians. We had a tricky problem with our bathroom fan and we needed an expert. Art was extremely patient and professional. He walked us through our options and made us very comfortable. It was easy to decide to go forward with him after his quote, and he was able to fix the issue the very same day. He also fixed an additional problem the same day, which was amazing. We are fussy homeowners who are very skeptical and hard to impress, but Art was perfect. We could not recommend him more!! Mister Sparky might not be the cheapest quote, but it is very important to find an electrician who is trustworthy and a national company who stands behind their work.

Very disappointed. Technician did not arrive on time, in fact he was almost 3 hours late. He quoted extremely high prices for the work. I had him fix the outlets and two circuits in the circuit box. Three hours work was $1,043. He sent me other estimates totally more than $7,000. I did not hire him for any additional work. I will not recommend him.

This company (along with 3 competivie electrians), visited my home due to issues with power and flickering lighting. Mister Sparky was the only company that did not meter my outlet or FPL main main switch. Instead, informed me of the current (highly dangerous) state of both my electrical panel and FPL switch. They presented me with 3 options ranging from $9-$12k. In fact, the rep suggested that if this home belonged to his Mom , he wouldn t hesitate to perform this job immediately. Instead, the other electricians review my home by meters and both concluded this seemed like an FPL line issue. FPL visited my property that night and into the early morning and repaired my line both at the pole and atop my roof connection point. AT NO COST TO MYSELF. Beware of OUTRAGEOUS SCARE TACTICS AND OVERSELLING!!!!!!!
