Very pricey. Would not use again. $3700 quote, was reduced to $1700, still too pricey for 8 hours of work. I would expect $100 an hour x 8= 800 dollars max for the job that was performed.

The technician showed up on time and did a good job. My issue is the cost. I was charged $488 to change the face plate on 3 outlets and repair one. The original estimate was for 5, however, one did not need to be fixed. Technician tried to up sell by offering surge protector and tightening of electrical panel screws. I am extremely disappointed with the price.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Kept troubleshooting until issue was resolved. A little pricey though Quick response time though.

I needed a chandelier switched out, and I wanted it moved to be centered in the room. The electrician was not willing to do this and gave me a lot of excuses. He also tried to upsell me the entire time. Very expensive for Ookay work. I had to hire someone else to come in and re-locate the chandelier to the center of the room. Excellent customer service over the phone, and the technician was very very nice. This is probably more an issue with the company and the requirements for the electricians to upsell additional services like checking my generator. I will not call them again .

Devin did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was polite, knowledgeable, very thorough while also somehow fixing everything much quicker and with far better results than other electricians I’ve used in the past. He had all the parts needed for different jobs, conducted a check of all smoke alarms and found my daughter’s room had an unhooked up alarm. He fixed it, a closet fixture, a bathroom dimmer switch, and a hall light that had been giving us trouble. Things that had been sitting waiting to be fixed all were taken care of swiftly and perfectly. Seriously, best service ever. I couldn’t be happier and will only use this company in the future. They guarantee all their work for 3 years too / regardless of what technician handled it. Oh yeah, and he was super nice to my dog so there was that too! Be careful to give them the ONE phone # you want to use for contacting you though. We gave two with a preference for my husband’s number and they kept calling mine. So when they had to reschedule, they only called my phone and I wasn’t available to answer it as I was at work. So my husband sat waiting for them and it appeared they were no shows. When I called to inquire, they couldn’t have been nicer-made sure that they scheduled us for first available on the weekend and - with the service we received, I couldn’t mark them down any of that. We should have just given one number to begin with. Use this company - you’ll never go anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with Art from Mister Sparky Electricians. We had a tricky problem with our bathroom fan and we needed an expert. Art was extremely patient and professional. He walked us through our options and made us very comfortable. It was easy to decide to go forward with him after his quote, and he was able to fix the issue the very same day. He also fixed an additional problem the same day, which was amazing. We are fussy homeowners who are very skeptical and hard to impress, but Art was perfect. We could not recommend him more!! Mister Sparky might not be the cheapest quote, but it is very important to find an electrician who is trustworthy and a national company who stands behind their work.
