I hired Mister Sparky to install a handful of new switches and receptacles. I was explicit about providing them myself and that I just needed the installation, yet I was chastised for this and Mister Sparky attempted to convince me to just use their builder grade switches and receptacles. I once again said no and was told that it would cost approximately $100 per switch/receptacle for the install. This ridiculous price was not told to me until the electrician was already at my place, so I just told him to do one switch that I had had an issue with and I ended up installing the rest of them. The electrician that came also complained endlessly about having to park on the street because I live in a high-rise condo. I understand parking can be annoying sometimes, but his complaining was too much and had a very angry tone. Flash forward a few months and the one receptacle that was installed by Mister Sparky began to only work occasionally and then ultimately stopped working. I thought maybe the GFCI function had failed, so I contacted Legrand for a warranty replacement. They were great and sent one right over. When I attempted to install the new receptacle, I discovered that the original one had not malfunctioned, but that the connections had come out! How does the one switch connected by an electrician have inadequately tightened connections? I ended up fixing the connections and the receptacle was back to working and is still working many months after that. In the process of fixing this receptacle I discovered that my initial issue in replacing this receptacle was simply because it was on a different breaker than every other outlet in my kitchen, but did the electrician tell me this simple fact when he installed the receptacle? Of course not. I could never recommend this company and felt violated by the extortionate amount they charged/attempted to charge per outlet for installation.

Francis did a good job installing four smoke detectors and a bubble cover for my outdoor outlet. He was also very neat. He did try to sell me on certain upgrades but I said no and that was that.
