Mister Sparky of Pompano Beach

Own a condo in Hallandale Beach for over thirty five years. There were recent issues with water damage from a unit above mine causing a loss of usage. After contacting Home Advisor I received a telephone follow up from Mister Sparky. We set up an appointment for the repairs and to upgrade the breaker box and to install a new hard wired smoke detector which is required by the city. Most of the work was completed in one day and they are returning today to complete the project. The electrician who gave me the quote was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my wife and I. I am completely satisfied and will continue to use Mister Sparky in the future.

I was stuck in the hospital, my husband was trying to deal with everything I usually deal with as well as work, and the HOA was tired of the outdoor lack of light . These people showed up when they said they would, did the work, 100% and they they did it efficiently, even though I managed to mess up first contact by hanging up before the end of the conversation

They said that they had fixed it. This lasted half an hour. When I called them they said I need to call the electric company. I called the electric company and they said it was not their problem and that there was a breaker in the meet around that needed to be replaced. So, the HOA called another electrician to do the job!

Misty Sparky electrician and their company notify you in advance and send a picture of who is coming. I really appreciated that info. Technician calls when he/she arrives then follows up, in my case, with an email detailing the repair and the warranty. Did I think the price was a little high for a switch replacement....YES but I was very satisfied with all other aspects of the process.
