Description of Work: I put a deposit down for a new air conditioning system and unfortunately did not have a contract - cancelled the job and was never refunded the money in the amount of $2,700.00.

+ -1 moreWhile we were able to obtain a great price on the AC, they service after has been beyond poor. Since instillation the system has stopped working twice. The first time they came out and tried to charge me but I showed the paper work that I had a waiver for 2 years. The 2nd occasion we were not successful getting them to come out and my husband had to fix it him self. The unit was installed with out a fan cover, and the AC unit now has mold growing on it. I contacted the owner and he basically told me I was a liar. They have failed to show up, have gave me hard time and were very rude. Be careful if you use this company their service is typical of S. Florida contractors. They have good prices, and attitudes before but afterwards their service changes. I would not recommend using them, you get what you pay for!

+ -1 moreTHE PRICE WAS RIGHT, THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING! IT WAS PUT IN QUICKLY AND THEY EVEN CAME BACK OUT TWO DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY.
Description of Work: REPLACED AIR CONDITIONING UNIT.
