Mark Ryan Restoration

This company was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable in all the insurance information the we needed to supply. Our project manager and his crew were the best, so easy to work with and very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely use Mark Ryan Restoration again or recommend them to anyone. They were the best!!!

I recently hired Mark Ryan Restoration to do a nearly complete remodel of my home. The results were simply outstanding! Almost everything done to my home was completely custom. I'm not great when it comes to design, so I just told Mark to make it awesome, and he did just that. Rob, the project foreman was on top of everything. Even though the process took a few months, not once was I ever "no showed" during the entire project. Mike and Tim, who did the majority of the labor at my house were polite, clean, and most of all talented at their trade. Eric, designed and fabricated a completely custom wall unit and is a true craftsman. Bottom line... it was expensive, and it was worth it! I would hire Mark Ryan Restoration again without hesitation.

I spent a lot of time on an appointment with Mark Collins, apparently the owner, to get an estimate for work. He told me it would take a week or two to get the estimate together for a lot of work. I waited a long time and finally called a few times, but got no response by email or phone.

Mark and his foreman Rob were a pleasure to work with--professional, friendly, timely, and completed the work to a high standard. Additionally, the team of contractors he works with were also very nice--people I was comfortable having in my house and around my family. The entire renovation process went smoothly--beginning with the very detailed, itemized quote we were provided with, which ensured there were no surprises when it came to the ultimate cost of the project. We had major renovations done to the house, including painting that required scaffolding, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, electrical work, and new flooring. Mark and his team were patient when I made some missteps, choosing a paint color I ultimately didn't like, requiring a room to be repainted twice. The project was completed on time and the work was done to a high standard. We are so pleased with the outcome and love our new updated surroundings. We like Mark and his work so much we are having him quote on an outdoor patio project. I highly recommend his services.

Over all satisfied. It took long time due to cracks in cabinets and some scheduling issues. Mark is a nice guy and listened my problems. He will try his best to give better services and knows very well how to deal with insurance. Feel like it was little expensive even though insurance paid for it.

Proposal included licenses, education, certifications and insurance; be aware of project minimums and unit pricing. Mark Collins, owner, is licensed, educated and responsive but did not perform the work nor was he present (except for 30 minutes at start of project/demo 8/25). Unfortunately, he did not inspect final work or adjust bid appropriately for work not completed on sliders.

I was very happy with the quality and professionalism of the sub-contractor Mark used. Mark's supervision was fine. I feel like the price, given the amount of work, was fair. After final payment was made, I noticed a few items and Mark noticed.even more. All were fixed the next day without delay or argument. The sub was very good about keeping the site clean and tidy. One of the sub's employees did not listen to my neighbor's issue about a problem caused by the work; the sub dismissed that employee at the end of the day. I highly recommend Mark and his sub Butch.

Everything went well. He came back and did a big favor for us. Everything is good.

We hired Mark Ryan Restoration to take out a couple walls, remove a bathroom that included removing shower, toilet, sink which was next to our kitchen to enlarge the kitchen area. Then, refinish the area to make it part of the kitchen, which included dry walling, building out a wall to cover exposed plumbing, and extending the sofft over the existing kitchen sink area, as well as patch the ceiling where the wall was, and finish window area. Mark Collins, the owner, did some of the work but most of it was done by his worker. Mark oversaw the job and was conscientious about keeping things moving and correct. They had to work around our floor restoration schedule which they did very well. They were careful to clean up well and even though we were not living in the house at the time, they were very good about keeping the site under control. When his worker forgot some instructions and made some mistakes Mark was quick to make it right with us. They did a good job. Mark is honest, dependable and flexible. I recommend them and will use them for further work on our house.

It was excellent and he was a total gentleman. When you call him, he comes immediately.

I had a leak so I called my insurance company and they came out and gave an estimate for repairs. I hired Mark Ryan Restoration, again, to help with this and fix my home. Mark was able to get everything fixed that was damaged! My insurance company, whom I will not name, gave a very poor initial settlement. Mark worked with them to explain his estimate of the damages and was able to restore my home fully! He did an incredible job with my insurance company. I thought I was going to have to hire an attorney, but Mark knew what he was doing with them. I would highly recommend him especially when dealing with any type of insurance claim.

From start to finish they were very professional and courteous. I liked dealing with Mark he is very detailed and personable. I had just purchased a foreclosure and wasn't sure exactly what my place needed, but with a little help the place looks great! They were very clean and on time. Mark kept in direct communication with me the whole time.

They're very professional. They only comment I got from the guy came out is I asked for a lot of quote from him and the only quote he gave me was for only thing. He was making a profit on the job and he added another money for a profit. He obviously doesn't wanna do it. I would not use them again.
