Beautiful job! Marciano Enterprises was selected from 4 contractors that quoted. The price was in line with the others, but Michael Marciano's responsiveness to our request for quote and professionalism made the selection simple. The house looks great, no paint residue anywhere. Areas around windows and doors, exterior lights and even the street number by the garage are perfect. One of my neighbors has already asked me for his number. You can't go wrong with Marciano Enterprises.

Job went Perfectly. Michael patiently discussed and we agreed upon all of the work to be completed He was also helpful in choosing suitable colors. The crew came on time everyday, met the schedule promised (even with some rain involved) and exceeded my expectations, including small touches I hadn't considered. I would absolutely hire this company again.

Michael was running a bit late but texted to give me his eta. He worked 4.5 hrs without stopping. His work was perfect! He had to remove a covering from each of the 20 panels of glass on the 2 doors. Would def use him again.

Working with Michael was great. He recommended paint colors for the exterior to compliment the tile roof. His team was here everyday on-time and worked throughout the entire day for 10 days as this was a very large job. The house has a completely new, updated look that is amazing. Fabulous! What a fabulous job! I have an older 1956 Florida House, with all sorts of "patch" repairs by previous painters or owners. Add to this a modified bitumen roof that spews ugly black mold everywhere, and you have a painter's challenge!!! Michael Marciano's painters rose to the challenge, and the result was absolutely beautiful. They applied a protective coating to the roof that will eliminate the black mold and as an added benefit save on my cooling costs, because now the roof is white instead of moldy black. In keeping with the 1950's motif, we selected a wonderful aqua color for the house with white trim, and the result was stunning. Great care was taken to cover windows and newly planted shrubs, clean up was fabulous - not even a drop on the grass. How about that!! Wonderful folks, great workers who pay attention to detail and who rise to meet almost impossible challenges to restore a 1950's Florida house! Bravo and well done!!!

Very well and very pleased. Inevitable rain delays but Michael communicated with us consistently even on weekends. The colors Michael suggested turned out great and his team patched up numerous holes in my stucco to my satisfaction. Michael was very attentive and his team was very professional and fast.

Michael came out in-person to assess the job - walked around the property and helped my wife and I choose color combinations based on our goals. His crew came out the next day and started to do all of the work; pressure cleaned all outside areas (including the roof) and prepping for the job. In addition, Marciano Enterprises removed our popcorn ceiling; one day they would paint outside, the next they would do the ceiling. They worked tirelessly and did an unbelievable job!!! Michael came by several times a day to check the progress and ensure that we were satisfied with the progress. He also gave us a very clear timeline and progress status check (which he kept), so we knew exactly when he and his crew would get done. Great communication, very professional, no issues with his crew, and great attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Marciano Enterprises transformed our home!!! They did a thorough job with the preliminaries, getting the house prepared for the primer and paint. They came early and worked diligently through the the 4 days....cleaning up each day, which was very considerate and much appreciated as I am a bit OCD about my home. I thought the whole experience was good. My house looks so fresh, it makes me happy to come home.

This is the second time we called upon Marciano Enterprises to paint our house. The first time Michael urged us to the use all satin paint as in his experience this finish wears far better in the harsh South Florida sun than does flat paints and while a little more expensive the satin paint wore as Michael said it would, hence a call back to him for a second painting. Michael is always profession, helpful, ontime and on schedule. Michael communicated with us as to when they would start the job and when it would be finished. Michael even pitched in with the roller paint to make sure the job was done in the three days he said it would. Michael was very professional and delivered as promised. He was one of 3 bids received, but was not my lowest. However, the price -- I felt -- was still very reasonable given the quality of the service. I watched the crew paint my neighbors home, so this sold me. I hired Michael to paint a bedroom, hallway, and a few other miscellaneous walls in the house. I love using small business entrepreneurs vs. large corporate companies. I'd saved his door-to-door flyer advertising his business and called him when the time came for painting. He was courteous, prompt, professional, and genuine. He showed up when he said he would, completed the job when he said he would, was considerate of my home and belongings, and I felt extremely comfortable having him in my house to do the job he was hired for. His price was fair, and competitively priced. Michael even helped me choose color, and steered me to a better shade than I'd originally chosen because he is so familiar with the paint shades that he knows what works and what doesn't. Michael has a very professional, beautiful website showcasing many of his prior accounts. He has been in business in the South Florida area for many years. This project was the second project we hired Marciano for, and it went spectacularly! Michael Marciano and his team are extremely reliable, professional, conscientious and respectful. They started when they would. They cleaned up everyday and were safe with the environment with my parents. They stayed the last day until it was dark. When they had to cancel because of the rain they called to apologized as though it was their fault. They were extremely professional and did great work at a great price. You don't find contractors that take this much pride in there craft.

Everything went smooth. Michael Marciano was very courteous and professional. He did a great job at estimating when the job would start and finish, which can be difficult when trying to finish other jobs and the rainy summers in South Florida. Two days were spent just repairing and prepping the home which is very important. Would definitely use them again, I have already recommended him to multiple colleagues and friends looking to get their home painted.

Everything was first class at a reasonable price. Crew of four were punctual and professional. Did all that was asked and more. A two day job was completed and even clean up was effected nicely. Had a little misunderstanding on the color for one wall--their mistake, which was gladly corrected without any problem. Michael, the owner obviously knew his business and his men were engaging and happy to be employed by him. They seemed to take pride in their work.

They moved mountains to help me out. Even came out on a Saturday to help me meet my time limit with short notice. They were very professional, knowlegable, and clean.
