+ -1 moreI would sincerely recommend her again. It was a tough job. With no hesitation, I would use her again. She's honest and works with you. She left for two weeks as the result of a death in her family and I didn't know what was happening and this was a little frustrating. It would have been nice to have received a call saying that there was a halt in the progress.
Description of Work: She cleaned the whole house, which had been left in very poor condition and it was very dirty, very dusty. The house had not been cleaned in a year. I had received a quote that it would take $300 a day, over two days from another company. Clarethe McElhaney charged me $300 to clean the house and did an excellent job. When the grouting and sanding repair had been completed, she reviewed it and asked for more finishing. She checked all the work of the painters, handymen, and carpenters, requested redoes when necessary, helped to select appliances, made final decisions on exterior color and trim, performed final house cleaning, and completed other details associated with owner decisions.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them has been very positive. They have been very reliable and I have been using them for about 6 months on a weekly basis. The owner initially came to our house to do an evaluation and gave me the rate for a weekly cleaning. We then set up the time and date to start. She accommodated my schedule which was one of the reasons I selected this company. The first cleaning was a spring clean that went very well. They charge more for this service but it was worth it. We have had a very good experience with them and will recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They clean my house on a weekly basis. They clean the bathrooms throughly, scrubbing the shower and bath if mold is apparent. They change the sheets on all the beds and are even willing to put some of my kids toys away that I didn't get to. I don't expect them to do this, but I appreciate the fact that they are willing to. They wipe the counters and cabinets in the kitchen and mop and vacuum all the floors. They vacuum my huge patio as well (it is carpeted) and clean our sliders. They are willing to do extra work, but I do compensate them for it. They dust the surfaces and apply furniture polish. They wipe the appliances and leather furniture.
