Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes my pricing is competitive. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. It was a through and hassle free inspection.
Description of Work: Lee came to inspect my home prior to listing. He did a wonderful and thorough job. I have had many homes inspected in the past and found Lee to go above and beyond the normal inspection expectations. Every nook and cranny was looked at and wonderful advice was given for solving problems. He is very knowlegeable on how things should function in a home.
