Description of Work: I was dissatisfied. No warranty. Part of the flash was left unpainted. Chipped shingles were left untouched. The people I spoke to on the phone were less than professional.

Description of Work: This company installed all of the roofs in my development. After about 5 yrs there was a leak in a downstairs room. This section of the house is only one story. At first I did not know what to do. So I called the builders, they advised me that Latite installed the roof on my home. Latite sent two workers to inspect the leak. They determined the leak was coming from a outside wall of a balcony. I called a handyman and a roofer and they determined the leak was coming from the roof. I did my own inspection and it was obvious if you run the water down the wall it ends up on the roof and you can see a leak, this is why they said it was the wall. But if you ran the water on the roof only the roof was still leaking. Anyway I am now trying to find a company to come and fix this annoying leak. This company has a C rating with 7 reviews. This is a company I would not have use. C rating do not even get looked at when I am looking for a service. Shame on this company. They did a bad job. Then tried to say it was not their fault. I did not know any better when they came to inspect. That is why they were able to tell me that foolishness of the problem being the wall. P

Description of Work: Asked for an estimate thru a friend of theirs. He made 3 calls to them and they finally came out after a week. Spent 10 min here and said someone would call in the next day to two with an estimate.. That was 8 days ago. Never heard from them.

Description of Work: They re-roofed my home. removed old concrete tiles, scraped off old paper, replaced rotten wood and applied first layer of waterproofing on first day. My property was left neat and clean with no machinery left behind. Next day they showed up early to continue, stopping only to wait for our city inspector to come and approve the first stage of the project. By the end of the second day they had hot mopped the modified bitumen coating. I was now ready for the tile installation which arrive three days later after another required city inspection. The roof was prepared for the tiles and the next day it was completely finished. From start to finish it took less that ten days. Passed all city and engineering tests with postive comments by the inspectors.

+ -1 moreI paid them a 50% deposit for the job. Included in that estimate, and then in the subsequent work order was re-mudding of the end caps of the tile roof. When the work was finally completed, they had neglected to finish the job by doing the mud work on the end caps of the roof line. I spoke with Paula, their office manager, who worked with Steve, their service manager, and they sent someone out to do one of the ridge-lines to see if it would meet with my approval. I called back and said it did, but they never sent anyone out to finish the job. I still owe them 1/2 the bill, and they still need to complete the work. They are now saying they never agreed to do this portion of the job and are threatening to send me to small claims court. DO NOT DO WORK WITH THESE FOLKS.
Description of Work: Way back in 2005 the company came out after hurricane Wilma and delivered an estimate to fix the roof. The estimate, and the work they did was to replace tiles and fix the roof, including re-mudding the end caps of the ridge-lines.

+ 1 moreOnce started, the job went quickly and very efficiently. Everyday the integrity of my house and my neighbors were keep in mind, and cleanup was done, at the end of every workday. People were impressed that they even covered the streets, where the trucks were parked. There was a crew chief here everyday, making sure everything went smoothly. The job foreman always answered calls and questions.
Description of Work: Complete reroofing, including new wood and trusses where needed and stucco work.

I have signed a contract with them and will write again when they are able to send someone to work on it.
