Kevin installed my faucet in my shower right on top of mosaic tile and cut right through my marble pencil. Everyday I look at this I’m so angry. They said it couldn’t be helped but I was not informed they were going to do this. Looks terrible.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe and his team. They renovated our master bath and the end result was absolutely beautiful. After the project was complete and we had already paid in full, we discovered a small item that needed to be corrected. After informing Joe of the problem, he personally came out to our house the next day and fixed it. So not only does KJ Marble & Tile do excellent tile work, they are a company with integrity as well. I highly recommend.

Joe and his team did a great job installing our wood plank tiles throughout our house. We were on a very tight time frame for the job to be completed and Joe and his team made sure to communicate every step of the way and that our project was done on time.

The entire process was handled smoothly and professionally. Communication by phone and/or text was always promptly answered. Work was completed much faster than anticipated and any small issues were addressed right away. Joe King and his team (project manager, Dannie, and master worker, Kevin) all worked hard to ensure everything was done properly and that I was happy. KJ Marble & Tille did an excellent job on my new wood look porcelain tile floors. Joe was very helpful; recommending tile stores and suggestions on the best layout. Kevin is an expert tile installer. And Dan supervised the project and made sure everything ran smoothly. I love my new floors. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words, so see for yourself.

Joe explained everything fully. He gave us a schedule, kept to it, and finished EXACTLY when he said he would. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job, were clean, and very polite and accommodating. We could not be more pleased with KJ Marble and Tile!

Initial meeting was excellent. I was convinced this was a contractor I would use to remodel my two bathrooms. However I was awaiting a estimate never came. After three days I inquired and was told I would receive a response that evening. That didn’t happen, so I moved on to Next contractor. I’m happy to say even though I’m paying $15,000 to have the work done I’m confident that the new contractor will complete the job professionally. Joe appears to be very knowledgeable. However there is definitely a problem with commitment and follow up.
