Kelly answered my message very promptly and fit me into his Monday morning schedule. The job was far easier than what he lead me to believe on the phone. Told me he charges $125 an hour and $90 there after. He snapped the pieces back together, turned the water level down and flushed the toilet 5 times to showed us that it worked. He was in and out within 10 minutes including our outside of plumbing convo but charged me $100. "I know I told you $125 an hour but I got to make a living, so just give me $100." I think the size and style of the house is what swayed the price to be so high. Everything went great, just wouldn't hire again because he is expensive.

Excellent, I can't say enough good about this particular plumber. He highly deserves the rating I gave him. He is very professional and takes the time to explain exactly what he has done and showed me how to adjust the temperature on the heater, a need for this 75 yr old senior. His work is clean, precise and he cleans up after himself and even took the old heater, a job that involved 4 hrs. He deserves an A+ . I would not hesitate to hire him again and definitely would recommend him to any one.

His workers were professional and courteous and he came to inspect the final job and walk me through set up. We were remodeling our guest bathroom. After researching plumbers on Angies List I decided to call Kelly Kobrin Plumbing, based on the many favorable reviews. It also appeared that he did most of the work himself, which is a major positive to me. Within a couple of hours after I called him, he came out to give me an estimate on the job. Since I had the toilets but not the faucet, we decided to do the job in two segments. The day before Kelly was coming to install the toilets, our water heater starting leaking. I called Kelly (on Sunday) and he called back right away. After telling him about the water heater, we agreed that he would look at it when he came out the next day to do the toilets. This was fine as we still had hot water. The next day, he came out and after looking at the water heater, showed me that it had rusted out and needed to be replaced. After discussing the options for replacement, he called several suppliers to make sure we got the best price. He then went and picked it up and installed it. He also installed the two toilets and later on the faucet. Kelly was always very prompt and his work was excellent. In addition to that, I thought his pricing was very fair.

Provider arrived promptly during a long holiday weekend and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I'm happy with the result and would recommend and/or use this service again.

I own a property management company and we use Kelly almost weekly. He is knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. He has done many jobs for me and I highly recommend him.

Kelly was great from start to finish -- he answered my call promptly and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Kelly was on time, professional and courteous. He quickly recognized my water pressure issue and fixed a kink in my bathroom faucet. While there, I asked his advice on other plumbing issues which he was able to trouble-shoot, as well. Our tankless hot water heater stopped working. We did not know whether we needed a plumber or an electrician. We called Kelly, explained the situation. He came back to us with an electrician and himself. Morning diagnosis of problem. Afternoon install. Evening hot shower!

Kelly once again came through! I called him lunchtime on Christmas Eve as my disposal was making loud noises and stopped working. I fully expected to get an appointment after the holiday. Kelly went out of his way to get us a new disposal and installed it for us within hours of my first call. He saved my party! Great service, honest and reasonable price.

One afternoon I noticed we had sewer coming up from the bathtub. All of the sudden the toiled also started overflowing. The house was smelly and bathrooms a mess. I found Kelly Kobrn on Angies list. They agreed to come on the same day. Their representative was knowledgeable, caring and the price was fair. He fixed it all and took steps so we can avoid this from happening again. I highly recommend their services.

Kelly came the next morning and helped me obtain discounted and proper fitting toilets. While he was there I asked if he could also do my other bathroom and he made a call to the distributor to get another toilet which was an unusual size. I was impressed with how he played a role as my advocate both on price and quality. He's an experienced serious plumber and he does the right thing at a fair price. Who should ask for more. I called Kelly yesterday late AM. He called me back a few minutes later and agreed to come the following AM just to look at the job and provide an estimate free of charge, but if he could fix the problem on the spot he would. He arrived exactly on time, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it, charging me only a modest amount for his expertise, which he clearly has. Although after some time I still might need to replace the valves, which entails pulling my stacked washer/dryer out of a small closet, fixing the problem and putting them back in, the problem is resolved for quite some time. Kelly you were great - and just as importantly completely honest. You are now my plumber!!

Kelly answered my call at 6:30am and left Lowes to rush over and help me with my daughter's pet hamster that was stuck in the tub drain. I told Kelly that I needed a compassionate, out-to-the-box thinker to help me get Pumpkin the Hamster out of the tub drain safely and alive. And Kelly did just that!

Kelly was prompt, polite and went out of his way even to locate a part and replace a broken leg on my sink. I didn't expect that, and had NO idea who to call to repair it. It was very kind of Kelly. And he gave me the receipt for the leg. No one who has ever bought a part for me, be it a plumber, a/c repair person, or anyone else working on my home has ever given me the original receipt for the part purchased. Kind of blew my mind. I will certainly call Kelly again as my plumber. And have recommended him to my neighbor.

Came as promised, did all the work, cleaned up after himself and I paid him. Price was about $20 more than what I expected... Otherwise a great experience.

We had a major problem with our system being blocked but he kept working very hard and used different tools to finally clear it. We would definitely use him again for any plumbing problems

Responded to a call with excellent recommendations and was able to do the job much sooner than I expected. He was knowledgeable, professional and was able to educate me as to the types of disposals and the reasons for buying the one I needed. His price was well in line with what I had been told and his work was fast, very well done. I wil use him again should I have any other plumbing needs.
