Excellent guy....straight shooter and gets to the point.  Very punctual, professional and detailed.  Called to get AC serviced and found out my compressor was going bad.  He then informed me that the compressor is still under warranty and can get the new part and all I would be responsible for is the labor.  He came in on Friday and had my AC up and running Monday morning.  
I am very picky person when it comes to ANY work done in my house and I honestly don't have a negative thing to say about Bruce.

Great ! Bruce is a true professional. What he said he was going to do, he did ! After the work was completed , he called back to check that EVERYTHING was working correctly !

My A/C went out on one of the hottest days so far this summer. I called the owner, Bruce, late in the afternoon and asked if he could possibly come take a look at it today even though it was close to quitting time. He agreed to come at around 7 PM even though he had already put in a full day. My whole family was extremely grateful that he got our A/C working again since the temperature inside had risen well into the 80's! I'm glad to have finally found an air conditioning contractor that I can trust and I appreciate that he has been in business in south Florida for a long time -- that's important to me.

Left a message on Wednesday night, and got a call on Thursday morning. Bruce came out and diagnosed the issue as electrical. He came on time, explained and showed me the issue, and I would use him again.

We chose Kelly's AC because of his Angie's List presence despite wondering how any business could muster such consistent 5-star ratings and stellar reviews.  Now we know!   
Although we called after business hours, Bruce returned our call within an hour, correctly diagnosed the problem based solely on our conversation (!), and contacted our tenants the same evening to set up a mutually workable appointment for the next day.   He made the repair and advised us then that the unit was on its last legs  (installed circa 1996).  The following week, it struggled again (unrelated to the original problem) and, once more, he promptly got it functioning long enough to give us time to do research and obtain estimates to have the unit replaced.  He found the appropriate unit for our restrictive install site, and his quote was on the lower end of the quotes we received.  Based on his attentiveness and professionalism to date, we chose Kelly's to do the install, which he accomplished for us within 3 days of getting the go-ahead. 
Bruce obviously has vast knowledge and experience with every aspect of AC.  He was willing to share his knowledge and was very patient in answering my many questions.  All of this-- his overall professionalism and unparalleled level of customer service--is why we will turn to Kelly's with any future needs and would recommend Kelly's to anyone needing AC service of any kind.

I called Kelly's on Monday when I found water leaking from my A/C air handler unit.  Bruce answered and attempted some diagnostics over the phone.  We scheduled a service call for the next day.  Bruce arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.  He and an assistance got promptly to work identifying and resolving the problem which turned out to be a clogged drain line.  They also performed some basic service work on the compressor while they were here.  Completed the work within one hour.  Overall a great experience.

Bruce Kelly answers his phone on a Sunday and gives you, a prospective customer, his time on the phone. He comes on time as promised Monday morning @ 10:30AM. He installed a newer better designed float switch, blew out the drain line, and shows you how to maintain the switch and clean clean out the line yourself. He could have sold me a pump for hundreds more but instead said let see how this works out. He did not charge to check the A/C freon nor to look at my refrigerator which needs a new ice dispenser. And, he took 20% off for being an Angie's List customer. He is an "old school" professional: you get prompt appointment, price and work you'll come back for.

I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS... yet I am compelled to put in a good word for Bruce Kelly. We initially cold called him on a Friday night. He dropped his family night (as did we) to come over and get our failing AC up and running. He was able to coax a little more life out of it until the company representative could join him on this warranty work. Ultimately, he essentially rewired and reinstalled the whole system. NOTE: Bruce did NOT do the initial install. The initial install was by another firm that has been nominated for one of the worst installs that the Rheem representative had ever seen!

First I would just like to say "Thank You Bruce!"   I called him up to advise my air conditioner had stopped working.   We set up an appointment and he came on time.   The two man crew got straight to work, found the problem, had my a/c running  and working better in less than 30 minutes.    I had an older unit, he changed a fuse, cleaned my coils and inspected everything.   He saved my old unit which I thought I would need to replace.   The cost for parts and service was great and he even made it better with the Angie's list discount.   I have nothing but respect for this company and I will positively use them again.

Bruce responded to our call right away and came out same day.  He fixed our problem and gave great advice on preventative maintenance to avoid a much more expensive repair.  We'll be calling him again should another issue come up.

I called several companies for an estimate on a new A/C system to replace one that was functioning very weakly and was on its last legs. The owner, Bruce Kelly, was very honest with me about the condition of the existing unit. He said that it was functioning, although barely adequately, and that I could delay replacement until it died. Our options were limited because of the configuration of the existing system, but Bruce was able to locate a higher efficiency unit at a reasonable price and installed it just a few days after we struck a deal.  His workers arrived early, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before leaving. Our tenants were happy, we were happy, and we look forward to using Kelly A/C and Appliance again when we need service at any of our properties.
We have not been pleased with our previous A/C company so we feel fortunate to have found Bruce on Angies List. He has been in business in the area for many years, which is one of the first things I look for in a service company. This is a very transient area, not only for residents but also for businesses, so it's becoming harder and harder to find someone with longevity.

I called Bruce and within 30 minutes he was in my house, reconnect the capacitor cables in my outside unit that we connected backwards and added around 2 pounds of  R22 to my inside unit. I used the 20% coupon and the total cost was $160.00

It was a total waste. Didn't do a thing.  Didn't bring a ladder.  They said everything was fine.  There was a leak, a loose bolt and the electrical power was set for a low voltage instead a high voltage. I had to replace 2 compressors in 2 days. Another company, a day later, serviced my a/c for these problem.

Our airconditioner stopped blowing cold air. My wife called one of the big outfits for service, and they said they would have someone out the next day about 7pm which was after hours and the service call would be would be $125 instead of $85 because it would be after hours. We agreed and suffered through the night. Next morning, we remembered we are angies list members. I got on the pc and started to search angies list for a/c servicers. Kelly's a/c service was the one I liked best ( all A's and great reviews). Boy did I hit a winner. The service call was $55. Made the call and Bruce Kelly answered himself. He paused a moment and said " l'll be there about 2pm". We canceled our previous appt. We got a call at 130pm , it was Bruce and he was on his way. He showed up at 2pm with a helper, we explained the situation and they went to work. Solved our problem, a/c was working great. It's an old unit so we asked for an estimate and he advised he would email me in a few days. I found angies list very valuable in getting a pro who came on time, friendly and professional, fixed the problem and explained all that was done so l could understand and did not price gouge. Our a/c condensation pump leaked.  We were able to get it to stop leaking and working properly, but figured we should get it checked since we haven't done it in a few years.  After several phone calls to various places, Bruce was 1) available next day & 2) had reasonable rates. He arrived when he said he would and everything went fine.  Hoping to not have to call him again any time soon, but if the need arises, we'll be calling him first.

Bruce added freon to one of our central air conditioner that had stop blowing cool air, it worked for one day and it shut down again. He came back the next day without extra service charge and found the source of the leak, repaired it and added more freon. The unit seems to be working fine. He's very profesional

 My experience with this company was one of the best in my 28 years in Florida.  They responded promptly, explained what I needed and installed  in half a day.  I even got a follow-up phone call yesterday to make sure I was happy and everything was working properly.  I highly recommend them.  This followed an experience of having another company service my old air-conditioner and within 2 weeks it was not working properly!

Love Bruce Kelly!  We have a two-story home with the A/C unit on the roof.  We found a leak in the house and were told by our maintenance guys the A/C unit was clogged and overflowing.  Mr. Kelly came out promptly and check the entire unit out.  We've never had this type of service from an A/C person before.

Mr. Kelly arrived exactly on time. Very courteous, new exactly how to fix the a/c. Called him in the morning at 8:30 am and i had my a/c fixed before noon. A pleasure to do business with, would recommend and use in the future.

.We had cleaned the filter and condensate lines but the unit was still clogged and once the cycle ended, water would drip from underneath the unit.  Mr. Kelly inspected the coils and removed a clog in the line.  He then treated it with bleach.  He instructed me to watch it for a couple days and if it's still a problem he could come back and remove the pan and thoroughly clean what can't be seen without removing it, a much bigger job.

I was having a lot of moisture around the handler and called Bruce with my concerns. He had suggested that the coils are likely dirty and contributing to the moisture issue. We he arrived he determined that in fact the coils are dirty and needed to be cleaned as well as found a roof leak that was much of our water culprit. In performing his maintenance on the rest of the unit he suggested that I replace the capacitor and contact as they were worn and likely to give me a problem. For the low cost to replace instead of waiting until they broke and paying for a service call I went with his recommendation. He was punctual, professional and I would absolutely call Kelly's again...

It took him 2 days to fix it. The price was okay.

Very good, a few minutes late but overall happy with service. Would use them again.
