Jenco was recommended to me by a colleague in teh kitchen and bath industry and I called them this morning to see what they would charge to come out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to fix the problems. I spoke to Wayne, the owner, and we set up an appointment for next week to see what the problem is and how to resolve it. Shortly after that phone call, Wayne called back to say a technician would be finishing a job near my home. If I wanted, he could meet me at the house this afternoon rather than waiting until my calandar cleared for the Wednesday appointment. I agreed and his tech, James, met me at the house RIGHT ON TIME!!!! He analyzed the problem and Wayne will get me a price to do the repair later today or on Monday.There was no charge for coming to the house to analyze the problem. James was very efficient, professional and careful to do no damage to anything he had to remove. Over all it was a great experience and I expect to use them for the repair.
Description of Work: I have a problem with hot water in my home They analyzed the problem suggested the repair needed & are preparing a quote.

+ -1 moreJENCO PLUMBING DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. I PRICED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY WANTED FOUR HUNDRED AND SOMETHING DOLLARS TO DO THE SAME JOB. JENCO CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: REMOVED GARBAGE DISPOSAL FROM UNDER KITCHEN SINK.
