This is the second time we have used JD Roofing since retiring to south Florida - and - we are just as pleased with the work this year - as we were last year ! Leo is very reasonable with his pricing - his crew is very professional - they completed the job in a very timely manner - they took great care not to damage any of our plants (next to the garage) with their ladders - and they also did an excellent job of cleaning up when they were finished. Andres even went above and beyond what was expected - and sealed some hard to reach spaces under our sliding glass doors - after he finished the roof !! Last year my husband was out of town when they fixed the first leak - and much to our amazement - Leo offered to take pictures before - during - and after - so I could email them to my husband for his approval ! Leo took everything down to the rafters - replaced the plywood & felt paper, put the flashing back down and sealed it all - then put the tile back in place - and - that corner of the garage has been dry as a bone ever since - now that's what I call QUALITY service !!! For the record - our neighbor saw what a great job he did on our roof - so tomorrow Leo and his crew will be next door fixing the leak in their roof - word travels fast when you find a true professional !!

I gave Tony the job without checking references or getting another bid. I was out of town when most of the work was to be completed. Tony told me later that leak over garage was caused by a tennis ball lodged in the drain. Said he didn't need to install vent after all (but offered no adjustment in price). Vent pipe he installed in laundry room is not usable because pipe is wrong diameter, is bent, and it terminates inside the ceiling, so dryer hose can not connect to it. Garage is leaking worse than before. Cracks in stucco were not repaired. Screen repairs were not completed. I tried calling Tony several times to get him to come back to finish the job and fix problems. His wife always takes the calls. First time she said he was out of town but would come back to finish the job when he returned. Next time she said he came by the house (without an appointment) but no one was home. Third time she said he left town because his father had a heart attack. I feel like I have been ripped off.
