Integrated Landscaping

It does not get any worse an experience. I welcome calls or inquires, welcome to photographs and documents in full support. Save yourself real disappointment. Don't just stay away from Jack Gallo, a liar, thief and master manipulator, but, run the other way!! From bait and switching plants and materials, retaining funds that he readily admits he overcharged, to damaging property (cable and sprinkler systems) there is nothing good to say. His crew shows up on time, but Jack shows up hours later, as they sit in the shade and complain that this is a daily occurrence but they need their jobs! They describe repeated incidents of unethical behavior from job to job. Listening to the complaints of other homeowners, we are far from the only one that he has done this to. There are days he no shows, he stands behind absolutely nothing he says or does, have dozens of emails and texts of lies and unfulfilled promises. The job is one of an amateur, we are now contracting to have it done properly. If you pay him up front, with a promise he will be back tomorrow, tomorrow never comes! We have served him with civil theft notices, he ignores them, but only after he calls and promises to "make it right". Right never comes either. While he was on site at least 3 other jobs in the Boca/ Delray area kicked him off site (artificial turf improperly installed, improper installation of outdoor lighting, and, as here, installing plants that were never ordered). Completely non compliant with directions, and each of the homeowners who called (he uses his speaker too often) start off the discussion with "where are you Jack, we are waiting for you all day", another no show... his slew of lies and excuses carried on from job to job. This is a daily occurrence. He came recommended by family, and he ends up one of top five WORST contractors we have EVER dealt with (in 40 plus years). The list goes on, Jack Gallo cannot be trusted, you will be sorry if you chose Integrated to do any one of a dozen things that he claims he "specialized in" yet knows so little about. For those of you who have already been taken advantage by Gallo and Integrated, please reach out to me at 954.806.6800 and we can help one another stop this egregious and unethical treatment of homeowners. Look at the review dates, seems like years ago Gallo/Integrated was reputable, but in 2019 and 2020 Gallo failed miserably. Perhaps more is going on with his erratic behavior and complete failure as a contractor. Nothing worse than Gallo's repeated lying. Thank you

Disappointed with the overall experience. I had turf, travertine and outside lights installed. The job didn't start on the date agreed upon and needed multiple visits back to fix issues that I identified. The majority of the dates agreed upon for the fix were always delayed without proactive notice from Jack. Most recently one of the lights stopped working. Jack knowingly sent a replacement light that was completely different. It's smaller and shorter than the other lights and the bulb is yellow not white. Jack offered a resolution and we agreed on a date and just like my past experiences the resolution and date were not met. Since Thursday I have emailed twice , text twice and called with no response. In the spirit of a full review, the lights look good but I am disappointed to already have an issue in less than 7 months from installation. The turf was installed with the seams facing two different directions. Jack did install a replacement piece with the seams facing the right way. However, there are still two additional pieces pwith the seams showing but I have chosen to accept that even though I shouldn't. The main reason I got turf installed and explained this to Jack was so my child could enjoy it and the turf installed gets so hot during the day that no one can stand on it. The concrete used to install the travertine has concrete left exposed and has never been fixed. Jack was very responsive when I first contacted him and seemed knowledgeable which is why I chose him over other companies. I wish I could say that I got the experience I expected for a job that cost me a little over 9k but unfortunately I have not. The amount of time I have had to spend sending pictures, videos, emails and follow up calls is unacceptable. I thought to write a review multiple times but always gave the benefit of the doubt but now with another issue and another experience of Jack not following thru on his word I felt I had to write review and let people know about my experience.

Jack really worked with us to understand how we wanted the yard redone to hide the new generator. Landscaping and lighting really looks fantastic.

Terrible! He promised landscaping based off a design and it looked nothing like the design. He promised to finish the job in one day and under delivered on that promise either. His work is sloppy.

We bought a home at the beginning of the summer that had been abandoned for several years and the landscaping had been extremely neglected and in need of help. Jack came over and came up with a plan to fix everything. No matter what issues we ran into during the project Jack always had a positive attitude and a plan to make things work. We moved into the house that everyone in our development was unhappy about (you know, "THAT HOUSE") and we really didn't know where to begin to fix it. Dead grass and a yard full of weeds, overgrown ficus and some bizarre boulders placed in the front yard that didn't make any sense. We went from having the ugliest, most unattractive yard in the development to one of the best in the community. People in the neighborhood are constantly stopping us in the yard or driveway to tell us how great the landscaping looks and how much they appreciate having us as new neighbors. The work that Jack did really made our house feel finished and welcoming. Everything is incredible! I highly recommend him for your landscaping needs. Jack knows what he is talking about and will make your yard look its best!

done more research. Frankly there are some decent Home Depot lights that I actually like more. For example, I was able to add three rock floodlight to what he did. I like them because they blend very well with the garden. Also, lights can always be replaced (easily).

We found a home to purchase which while being the worst looking house in the neighborhood, did have good bones, good square footage, and a huge yard. Both the yard and the house were in need of attention. We found INTEGRATED LANDSCAPING, located at 9811 Westview Dr. We called and the owner, Jack Gallo came to see us. Lucky us. Jack was personable, knowledgeable about what we needed, and direct. He gave use a fair price, and a starting date. Integrated Landscaping lived up to their word. They did a wonderful job, on time, and at a fair price. We are happy to report that we now have the best looking yard in the neighborhood. Jack Gallo was referred by my dad so I knew he had to be a great person to work with! From the start he educated my husband and I on lawn maintenance and care. Being first time homeowners we really didn't know what to plant, how to care for our lawn, and overall design a new landscape to our liking. We had a deadline for our son's first birthday party and Jack promised it would all be done by that date which it was, he even came over at night after a long days work to finish something at our house. Whenever I would email or call I would get a very timely response which as a consumer is very appreciated. Within a few weeks our yard looked amazing and we felt comfortable letting our 1 year old play outside! I would highly recommend his services and look forward to using them again in the future.

We were given a notice from our city to add at least 3 more trees to our front yard as a lot of the trees in the city had been destroyed because of several hurricanes that hit our area. We started with three as required and added 7 more beautiful trees in our front yard. They are beautiful and will have gorgeous blossoms when they start blooming. We chose Jack - Integrated Landscaping because of his knowledge and how personable he was. We told him what we wanted and he gave us more than that. We have been complimented several times now on how beautiful the trees look and this is before they start to blossom. If you want the best you must speak with Jack of Integrated Landscaping. We couldn't be more pleased.
