I genuinely contacted over 20 roofing companies before settling on Hyer Quality (including every A rated roofer on Angie's List). Cause when you’re spending $30,000+ on a new roof and are clueless about roofing, you have to put in the work to find a good roofer who you can trust. Nobody invested the time into answering my questions like Brian did (and I had a ton). He's easy to talk to and will take his time with you. You never feel like you're getting sold. I also liked that he was the business owner, but also oversaw the work. Everything ran on schedule, well organized. And most of all, love the new roof.

Brian was easy to contact, polite and professional; he and his crew showed up on time or early and worked late into the day each day until the job was done. They covered our pool and AC unit, broke nothing, ruined nothing, cleaned up every day, and our brand new white PVC fence remains brand new looking. Our house is circa 1960 and our old roof was barrel tile held on with what looked like globs of concrete, they pulled everything off in record time. We bought the house three years ago; the previous owners neglected the house. The fascia was rotten, along with a lot of the wood Brian and his crew found, tore off and replaced. Our reroof was not an easy one, but Brian made it look easy. Each phase was completed quickly, inspected and passed by the city with zero drama (this has not been my experience with other permitted jobs we've had done with his house in this city, so that made me very happy!) The tile took a while to get, for whatever reason, but the day on which the tile was promised from the very beginning, that was literally THE DAY the tile was delivered. The roof came out absolutely beautiful, I could not ask for anything more. But if I did, Brian would make it happen--he is awesome! Next we have to install gutters, redo the driveway, courtyard, do landscaping and lighting, so keep that in mind if you see the attached pictures. I tried to load the pictures in order, but the program gave me a hard time. I think you can tell which photos are before and which are after :) I highly recommend Hyer Quality and would use Brian again if the occasion called for it.

From the time I contacted them they were professional, responsive and fair. Very respectful. They did an awesome job from the quote with showing me pictures to the repairs being completed he showed me pictures. Would highly recommend and would use them again. They also worked under my time frame.

The whole experience was completely professional. Brian's crew showed up on time at 8am, did the job promised and cleaned up after the work was completed. His prices are very reasonable and he's surprisingly professional and honest. You see, I don't trust contractors. I've gotten estimates before the hurricane and saw how high they increased afterwards. Brian's estimate was pre-hurricane so I was worried about the low-ball. He didn't do that and there were no surprises I didn't expect. He's an honest contractor.

The entire project went seamlessly. There was 1 little issue with the tile manufacturer not haveing the specific roofing tile in stock and that took a while to get so the roofer could complete the job. The contractor, Brian, was always keeping me informed as to the job statis and cleaned up afterwards with no debris left on the property.

Brian and his crew came and worked all day when they were finished at the end of the day we would never have known that they were even there it was so immaculately clean. Him and his crew are so professional at what they do.

In the middle of the roof replacement, I was worried - it looked crazy. BUT, the crew protected my pool with a tarp and after the roof was done they cleaned everything! There wasn't a single piece of evidence left behind that my roof had just undergone construction. Brian Hyer was incredibly responsive and stayed in contact with me the entire time (even provided picture updates). I would highly recommend this company!

Couldn't have gone better. If I ever need roof work done, these are the only people I would trust to do the job well and at a fair price. Brian took the time to go through the attic to find the problem then fixed it promptly. He explained the different types of underlayment, etc. Best roofer I have ever found and when we decide to do a new roof, I will call Brian first. After making the repair I had a additional request, and mind you, they were already paid, he came out and did it. No charge.

The job was well explained at the outset. Communication was excellent during the work and afterwards the job was completed the jobsite was left clean. Altogether very satisfied with the work and would definitely hire again.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The crew worked very hard and Brian was very easy to deal with.
