+ 0 moreAfter talking to several contractors I decided on Hunter Payne to remodel our concrete stairs that went from our back door to our patio. He arrived on time every day he worked. Charged only the agreed upon price. He cleaned up every day he worked. No debris left anywhere. After seeing how well he did his job I asked him to do other work around my home. He replaced two wood beams in the ceiling of my front patio roof and repaired some cracked and damaged stucco on the sides of my home. Very satisfied for all the work done. Will definitely rehire Mr. Payne should more work be needed around my home.
Description of Work: Concrete step removal and rebuild. Including the install of handrail. Remove and replace two wood beams under roof of front patio. This required custom cutting of beams to match existing ones. Exterior repair of cracked stucco on home from settling. Replace water damaged exterior window sill, stucco.
