I have an annual contract with them. They are excellent. He comes when he says he will and works very hard.

We have used them for many years. I would give them all A's.

I was using another pest control company that was very highly rated on Angies List. They told me I had a dead rat in my attic. I live in an attached villa that is garage to garage with a foreclosed and long vacant home. I contacted my homeowners association thinking they handled such problems only to find that they only handled the outside of the structure and that they were not responsible for what was going on inside my attic. I called the pest control company that told me of the problem and requested their services only to be told that they would only work on the problem if all the attached (4) properties contracted them. I told them that was not possible since my direct neighbor was a foreclosure, but I was desperate for help, they refused. I was then introduced by a co-worker to Dale Jordan of Horizon Pest Solutions. He checked my attic firewalls and said I was sealed off from the inside of the attic from my neighbors and that a few simple fixes were all that would be required. He trapped rats in my attic every single day including weekends for a week. At the end of that time he sealed and or rodent proofed all the openings on my attic, he brought rodent bait boxes that are weighted so they would be damaged or destroyed by the lawn crew or racoons. He is continuing to monitor my attic and will continue for up to a year. What a tremendous relief to be free of those disgusting and dangerous creatures in my attic. Dale came every day on time as agreed and was a totally thorough and knowledgable professional.
